Worth the trip

We drove down from north of Dayton, passing at least 4 other Ford dealers, hoping to find the Explorer we had been looking for. We found much more than that. The staff at Cronin Ford, especially Tony Henegar, made the purchase of our new Explorer a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, wanting to make sure that we were comfortable and that our experience was special. In less than two hours, we had made the deal and were on our way home with our new vehicle. We can't thank Tony and the rest of the staff enough for all the help they provided to us.

My husband and I inquired online and Ashley Lorenz responded immediately. We didn't tell her we planned to stop in, but decided to last minute on a Sunday. Someone was driving the mustang when we arrived, but as soon as they returned with it we purchased it. We kept Ashley and some other staff members there way after hours, but they were nothing but nice and understanding with us! Love my new mustang and highly recommend Ashley!

Great Overall Experience

I have just begun browsing for a car and Cronin Ford was my first stop. The experience was great, specifically the time they took out of their day to be friendly and talk to me personally about what I am looking for. The person who helped me was Ryan, and he was extremely nice and helped me narrow down my decision. When I make the final decision to buy my car, I will be going back to Cronin Ford. I recommend it to all! Overall- Excellent Customer Service!

2013 Kia Soul

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Mark G. Mark made the sales process very comfortable and easy. Once the sale was complete he spent the necessary time showing me how to operate all of the bells and whistles that came with my Kia Soul. He offered to assist me anytime with any features that I might need help with in the future. All in all it was a very good experience, felt like I had a friend when I left the dealership.

I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I also got a decent trade in for my old car. Adam was very friendly and did a great job. The finance department was also great and I got a better rate with them then what my bank was willing to offer. Thanks so much!!
