Great Experience!

Today, I had the pleasure of buying my second car from Fredy Chevy! Salesman Jim Jarvis went way beyond anyone's expectations to make sure that I had the best deal that I could have. The entire facility is beautiful and the staff make sure you're treated as family and not just a number. I definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market to get a new or used car.

I had done some shopping on the internet, I knew a buddy that recently went to be a salesman for Fredericktown Chevrolet and I wanted to do business with him. I was able to work a deal that I was very pleased with and the dealership treated me very well from the beginning of the purchase to the end. Very pleased, and I will be back. I have dealt with this dealership for over fourteen years, and have been completely satisfied with my purchases and the service offered afterwards. No High pressure. Just great honest sales people who will sell you what you are looking for. Jim J sold me 2 Silverado pickups now and I have not been disappointed at all. Jim is the best. Don't even look elsewhere. Thanks Jim, I am enjoying my new crew cab silverado!! By the way if you like coffee, they have great tasting coffee. Friendly atmosphere.

After shopping at another dealer who was overly dishonest and pushy with us, we found Jim J at Fredricktown Chevy. The entire staff was friendly and straight up with us. My husband and I are freaks when it comes to research and we found everything that this dealership told us to be true. We know when we're being lied to, and this dealership didn't even attempt it. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to look at and what financing we'd be able to qualify for. This staff set the vehicle aside with a sign so that no one else could look at it. The financing process took longer than expected, but they still marked this vehicle as sold to ensure no one "bought it from under us" as another dealership claimed happen to another vehicle. Jim, Mary, Amber and everyone there did an amazing job. The service department fixed a warranty issue for us quickly and allowed us to fully inspect the vehicle before while on a lift. The cleaned that vehicle for us every time we had stopped by. This dealership is flat out the best I've dealt with, bending over backwards for it's customers. When we stopped in to pick it up, they were so busy! I've never seen a dealership so busy before, but I didn't find a single unhappy customer. Thank you, Jim and everyone there, for all of your help. We will be back soon as we have 2 more vehicles to buy shortly.

I called Fredericktown Chevrolet and talked to Heather about a used car and told her that I lived 2 hours away and was coming to look at it. When I got there the car was sitting out front and Tony was waiting to show it to me. I was very impressed! I really loved the car and drove it home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I got home I realized I had left a set of keys at the dealership and Tony overnighted them to me. Great experience!

I was very impressed with my personal experience.Never felt pressured,was impressed with the knowledge Hugh had of the pickup I was interested in.He had answers for any questions I had.Was impressed with the selection of pickups available.Got a tour of the dealership,meeting a lot of the people working there.All seemed very professional.Personally I couldn't ask for anymore from a dealership in my 72 years. Worth the Trip

We had compared features and prices of the type car we wanted on online websites for up to 100 miles. We found the car we wanted at the best price at Fredricktown Chevrolet. We drove an hour and a half to reach the dealership and it was well worth it. We had excellent and honest customer service from Mike Fawcett. We were very pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends.
