This was without question THE BEST new car buying experience I have had in nearly 40 years. And that encompasses Infinity, Saab, Lincoln, Cadillac, Jeep, Chrysler and more. First, I never knew much about Alfa Romeo or even heard of the Stelvio. I had been at Crown Euro looking at the 350's & 450's and when driving away, saw a stock of more Mercedes on Crown Alfa's lot around the corner. While looking at these, I came across the Stelvio and took a little interest. A sales rep came out and started giving his pitch....Best new SUV award, spanked the Porsche & Mercedes, blah blah blah. Yeah, right....let's take it for a test drive. Upon entry, you notice the craftsmanship and upgraded quality throughout (much more so than the BMW X5 I was considering). Driving....has nice get up and go, handles like a dream with three different modes (better performance than the 450 I had driven earlier). Loved the full pan roof, sound system, roomy feel.....really starting to like this vehicle. But the price seems too good to be true.... Back at the dealership, sales manager James starts crunching numbers with me and the lease rates are REALLY attractive...better than any import I've looked at (and I have been shopping for several months). Decide to go home and do some research. No pressure whatsoever from him or the sales rep. Everything they said was spot on. This vehicle is the real deal.....lets do it. I meet with a new salesman Dan and then James, we write up an order for a new '19 Stelvio Ti Lusso - dark blue, chocolate brown interior, dark wood trim, loaded - site unseen. I'm nervous, but it's a lease, so if I hate the color combo, I don't have to do it forever. Lease rate was close - James gives his word it will be where I want it when the deal is done. Two months go by and it comes in.....OMG. This car is freakin' beautiful! James and Dan get it ready to go and James even stalled delivery by a few days (fine by me) to allow for a few more incentives that Alfa was releasing which put the lease EXACTLY where he promised. Dan spent over an hour going thru all the features and showing me how to use everything (can be a little complicated, but this thing even has a built-in video tutorial when help is needed). I have NEVER encountered a sales staff like these two guys - they are amazing! And after a month with the Stelvio? Well, it will NOT be my last Alfa....it handles like a dream in the crummy Ohio winters and on the few nice days we've had, this thing really "gets it" in dynamic mode.....I simply LOVE the way it handles! And I bought a monthly pass at the local carwash (something I have never done) because this car looks soooo sweet when it's cleaned up....a real head turner! I've had dealings with Crown Chrysler in the past - it was okay, nothing exceptional, nothing bad....typical unmemorable car purchase But Crown Alfa? James should be the poster child for how to run a dealership. Him and Dan working together makes for the perfect team and I would wish them much success, but undoubtedly they already have that well in hand.

I had a great experience dealing with both Don Meyncke and James Williamson at Crown Alfa Romeo. Don was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the car; he is an easy-going salesman who doesn't put pressure on you. James was able to locate the car I wanted and gave me a great deal on a lease. Both Don and James always make me feel welcome when I stop by the dealership - just like you are part of their family. I highly recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for an Alfa Romeo or a Fiat. And the Giulia is truly a superb driver's car!

Don Meyncke contacted me within a few hours my inquiry and he and GM James Williamson took care of me, and continue to look out for me whenever I have questions or need to come in for a service. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened to what my wife and I wanted and needed. Perhaps most importantly, their price on my new 2018 Giulia and trade offer on my Volvo easily beat dealers in Cleveland and Cincy. Once it was time for the paperwork, finance guy, Joe Melfe was easy to work with and helped me to understand the documents I was signing. I couldn't be happier about my purchase--I will definitely be coming here when it's time for a new car in the future. See you all soon!

Crown FIAT was a great dealer to work with on buying the brand new 2016 500X. I was greeted quickly by Avery McConnell who listened to everything that I was looking for and helped me compare and contrast the different packages and trim levels. I had done a lot of research about the 500X, but Avery was able to add some insight. Not only did Avery listen to everything I was looking for, he even put up with all my questions and took me on 2 test drives. You can tell he cares about his customers and works hard to make sure he closes the deal. Plus, I have to joke with him about this, the bonus bottle of water he bought me when putting gas in my new 500X was awesome... it really was. It was 90+ degrees and I was dying of thirst! When closing the deal, I also worked with Steve Looney. Steve worked to find discounts for me and we were able to agree on a number without a headache. He then went the extra mile and worked with me and my insurance on figuring out all the information for my new vehicle. It is so new, the insurance didn't even have the model in their system yet. All that was taken care of. Steve also worked meticulously on putting the front license plate holder on my car. I would have freaked out if it wasn't straight, and he was incredibly careful about it! Great work! He is also taking care of getting my new car detailed since the detail guy was off the day I bought. Finally, the part that no one likes... all the finance stuff! Things couldn't have gone any better though and I attribute it all to Ms. McConnell in the finance office! She made things quick, painless, and made the experience wonderful! All three people I worked with wee great and are real assets to the Crown company.

ound a car I liked on cars.com and inquired the dealership about it, I was contacted by Ralph Burgess and we setup an appointment for when I would be in town over a long weekend. I showed up and Patrick Joseph had the car ready and waiting for me to look at and test drive. Ralph and Patrick went above and beyond to earn my business and I would gladly work with them again. Their work made this the quickest and best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

I just purchased a car from Crown Fiat after visiting several other local dealers and the person I worked with, Doug Carmean, was without question the most knowledgeable sales person I dealt with at any of these dealers. While at othe dealerships i felt a lot of pressure to buy a car Doug worked with me to find the perfect car for me and there was never any pressure to buy now etc. While looking at cars i had an emergency and had to leave Doug gave me his personal cell phone number and came in on his day off to help me. I would highly encourage anyone to stop at Crown and check out the new and used vehicles before you buy from any other dealer...you will not be sorry you did.
