Great Experience

I just purchased a custom made Wrangler Rubicon X Unlimited from Drew H. I have been dealing with Drew since this summer on working out exactly what type of Jeep I needed. Drew was great to deal with the entire time. He is the new age sales person, not pushy or shady but rather completely honest and open with prices and trade-in quote. He would email back immediately (even when he was off for paternity leave). I emailed him exactly what I wanted to pay for the jeep and what I wanted for my trade-in. We setup a time to meet and signed the paperwork- no questions asked. I spent my time to workout a great price which allowed me to work with several dealers in the region. I asked each dealer to give me an out-the-door price with all the breakdown costs. I emailed about 12 dealers and Drew was the only sales representative who did exactly as requested on the first email response. He is extremely professional to deal with and made the experience enjoyable. I pickup my Jeep in 6-8 weeks and "finalize" the sale at this time. I will leave a final review at this time, but as of now have only positive experiences with both Performance and Drew H.

I am seeing a pattern.......

First of all the sales team will lie. My girlfriend wanted a new car. We were getting a bad rate of 15.9%. They gave us a deal on the used car to help with the rate. They told us that was the best they can do and there was no way around it. Every push about getting you to sign. They also text you every day to get to you come in. I would not give them your number unless you have unlimited text plan. When Travis and James said they was the best deal we could get, I went to my bank and got a 5.24% rate and I came back to get the car and the price jumped about $1000 from the proposal. Come to find out the bank that with the High Intrest rate was giving them a kick back from us over paying on the life of this loan. Find it odd the only bank they said that would give us a loan was also paying them. After they wanted to pass the "kick back" they would not get from my bank back to on to the price of the car, I left. These two are very good fast pushy smooth talkers. Ladies I would watch out, They will stalk you with text to get you in to over paying for a car. Worst Sales team. I know I'll be going back to Germain

Never again!

The entire process was a nightmare from the time they brought out the magic marker and tried to convience me my credit was so bad I would only qualify for a 19.5% interest rate to the time the service department vandalized our brand new vehicle. The managment doesn't seem to care who they hire or whether or not they have an upset customer - We'll put a smile on your face is their slogan?? What a joke!

BE CAREFULL!!!

I purchased a used car from this dealer and got treated great UNTIL the paperwork was signed. They did not honor a coupon ($250) when they said they would but after reviewing my paperwork at home they did not. Treated very badly after sale with issues only they had control of, out right lied when I called multiple times and would not return calls, offers they made when making the deal where now not offered.Too much for me to list and sadly disapointed getting this from a new car dealer, the way I was treated after the sale was like a hole in the wall buy here pay here lot. I STONGLY URGE YOU TO GET AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING THEY OFFER IS IN WRITING!! They will get you to trust them and rush you through the paper work, DO NOT DO IT! Good luck to all, my lesson learned from this dealer and will not purchase from them again.
