I had to get a gauge cluster replaced under warranty due to dead pixels going down the center, I guess there was a service bulletin on it for the 2019 models awhile ago, Mazda west never has helped with this car (where I purchased) if your reading this go to Germain of Columbus not “west”. And deal with their service for sure. I asked for no wash and for my car to be treated with care, which is exactly what I received. Meanwhile west sold me a certified car that certainly wasn’t good to go off the gate and I’d hope no one else would trust them either. Go to GERMAIN MAZDA OF COLUMBUS

We had plans on buying an Atlas, but decided to stop by to glance at the cx-90. We spoke with Connor who was super friendly and not pushy at all (which is so greatly appreciated). We didn’t get a chance to test drive that day since we had other plans, but we came back the next day to buy cx-90. Connor made it a point to make sure we really were satisfied with the car prior to our purchase. Everyone we spoke with was great and very efficient.

Marcus was my salesman and he was amazing even before going into the dealership to start the process of test driving and looking around. There was no pressure at all. Everything was relaxed. Lots of communication before, during and after my interest in my new to me Mazda CX-5. Marcus was very knowledgeable and helpful.
