Buyer beware! Dishonest sales staff & management!

The were very good unprofessional! Very Dishonest!!! They were ouct to make more money and not do right by the customer! They sold the car we were on our way to pick up and make a deal on to a higher bidder via the internet. We were supposed up pick up the car around 1:30 pm & we got a call from them on our way up there that someone else came in and put money down on our car and they rushed through the financing, title, etc. by late that morning. Then called me 3 hours or s later to tell me. They didn't even have the decency to call us first and give us the opportunity to get this, nor tell the other party that we were ready to make a deal and were scheduled to pick up the vehicle. It was shady and a sneaky way of getting more money from another buyer who was going to finance, (we were paying cash, so they would make no money on us by financing) so they took the customer who had to out bid us and were going to finance so they could make more money. We had made a trip up (1 hour each way) to see the car 3 times and invested a lot of time and interest in this vehicle. It was a car for our son who had his heart se o this car & was so excited t pick it up that day!!!!! We told our salesman that we were coming in to make a deal and take one last look with our mechanic just to be sure all checked out, (like they told us we should to do). They said it was OK and would have the car ready for us to pick up on Sat. Around 1:30pm. We told them we were 100% sure we would purchase! If they had later hours on Friday, we would have picked it up after work, then we would have had this car in our possession and the purchase would have been complete! They never said we had to put a deposit down or any chance of selling it via internet in the meantime! We were told it would be ours until we had it checked a out, never told that someone else could swoop in and buy it out from under us!!!! Terrible salesmanship & not professional on the management 's part!! Very disrespectful to me on the phone pretty much saying too bad for me, and maybe they could find another car like it for us....are you kidding, I would never do business with them, very dishonest! We thought being an Infiniti dealer they'd be better than your typical "used car sales person" ...well we were surely fooled! They didn't deserve our business and hard earned money. Also, the price had dropped on the Edmunds online site and they never bothered to bring that to our attention & offer that to us, we had to bring it to their attention & they acted like they didn't want to honor it, but they reluctantly said OK.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a "certified" used Infiniti. After a few car washes I found the car had been repaired and repainted. I sent an email to the vice president listed on their website and never got a response. I finally went through customer service and the reply I got back was " it has no accidents reported on carfax". I don't know if this was done at one of their dealerships or just completely ignored in the rigorous checks a cerified car goes through! In my opinion I would be leary of the whole group of dealerships, and be very careful if you do buy from them, specially a used vehicle.

Awesome Experience With Airport Infiniti

My husband and I decided to purchase an Infiniti QX60 after researching several makes and models of midsize SUVs. We called Airport Infiniti and made an appointment with Shaun Pristas for a Monday evening, arriving 30 minutes before they closed. When we pulled in to the dealership, Shaun had the vehicle we desired sitting out front ready for our test drive. Shaun was quick to assist, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased the SUV QX60, and Shaun stayed with us (easily an hour or more past closing time) until the paperwork was complete. Shaun is the ideal salesman, laid back, courteous and helpful. A week after driving my new car, I noticed the radio reception was weak. I texted Shaun, and he was quick to identify my antenna was missing and he personally delivered the replacement. Thank you Shaun! I would highly recommend Shaun as a salesman for anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti.

My wife and I just leased a car from this dealership and the whole experience was actually pleasant thanks to the wonderful sales team of Meagan Muniz( sales consultant), Bryan Escott(sales manager), Pete Magg(top manager). From start to finish they welcomed us as though we were long time friends. Meagan was outstanding with her knowledge of the cars and willingness to provide the level of customer service that a buyer welcomes when making such a purchase/lease. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Meagan should you be in the market for a vehicle.

An enjoyable car buying experience

Airport Infiniti made my car buying experience actually enjoyable. My salesperson Victor Klimchuk, and his sales manager Bryan Escott, treated my wife and I with honesty and respect. They gave us a great lease on the car of our choosing. This was my first car buying experience at Airport Infiniti, and hopefully not the last. Victor and Airport have stayed in contact after the sale to insure our overall satisfaction. I would high recommend this dealership and the Infiniti product to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I liked the vehicle I leased and the great price it was offered. I liked the service provided by everyone connected with the transaction from the dealership including Meagan Muniz, Bryan Escott, Reggie Wade, Jessie Huber and Peter Mapp --- as well as others. I got a lot more than I bargained for --- such as the unveiling and showing me all of the vehicle's features. It truly was exceptional!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Actually, it was one of the best purchase encounters I've ever had. The dealership was top notch from start to finish making it completely about the customer experience. My sales rep Chana Washington was one of the best sales people I've ever met. I'm in sales for a living and she would rate as one of the top in the 400+ people I've come across. The car delivery process was fantastic and Chana actually even made me bacon--which was an inside joke that she remembered. I'm already referred many people and have used her sales story in sales meetings. The general sales manager, general manager and finance manager all made experience very welcoming and seamless. Very very happy!!

Kind respectful ( not pushy ) employees... Good knowledge if Infiniti Nice environment, luv the final exchange of receiving my new car. Jesse many times made it clear that he is available anytime I am need of his knowledge with the many bells and whistles of my new car. This is greatly appreciated! Because manuals are not always the best way to learn!

The entire team at Airport Infiniti made my first experience buying a car (it was a task that my ex-husband had always handled) an incredibly fun, easy and enjoyable task. Adam W. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I recently moved 130 miles away from Airport Infiniti but chose to use this dealership due to the great customer service I have had over the past 36 months. I had a quick timeline and needed to do all of the leasing/negotiating over the phone and Adam was great at helping to stick to the timeline and was courteous about my time. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car I was in and out in less than an hour and had a great experience.

I purchased a 2012 Infiniti from Airport Infiniti. Milo N was the salesperson. I met him at the Cleveland Auto Show and decided to follow up later at the dealership. The experience was professional and very satisfactory. Mr. N was attentive, knowledgeable about all the Infiniti vehicles and the entire sales process and followed through on any promises and commitments made. I would shop at the dealership and see Milo N again for other cars and would not hesitate to recommend both to friends and family

I recently purchased a 2012 Q56 from Airport Infinity. Working with Jesse Huber was great. He was easy to work with and very friendly. I felt like he helped me get more than a fair price for my trade. I researched the Q56 for many hours before going to the dealership. I feel we got a great SUV for a great price. It was in perfect condition. I love this SUV!!!

Mohammed and Paul S. worked extra hard to help us get the deal done. They coordinated with other CAG dealerships to make the best collective offer (we were buying two cars) and when their inventory slipped, they provided a loaner knowing we had no other cars available to us. Top notch service and easy to contact at all times - wow - impressive!

This was by far the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesperson was genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted, rather than being focused on a quick sale. He was professional, friendly and very attentive to our needs. And it didn't end after the sale was completed. The entire team at Airport Infinity created a truly exceptional sales experience. He made me feel relaxed and worked with me through the entire process. I never felt pressured and always knew the details. He reviewed items with to ensure I was comfortable at all times. My sales rep Victor K. is one of the most likeable guys I ever met. He made my purchase feel like I was buying from a friend. In sales it's about building relationships, and he certainly does it better than any sales experience I have ever had. The finance guys were great as well. This is my second lease from Airport Infiniti, & as always it was a pleasure. My Sales Rep, Victor K., was friendly & quite knowledgeable about the car & all of the features. I also appreciate the assistance of Peter Mapp the general manager. Fortunately my family has a history with Peter because past vehicle purchases. So it made the experience all the more personal.
