Hello car buyers, I want to give my two cents on Buds Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Celina, Ohio. I had recently been looking for a cheap, reliable used vehicle online. I had placed a statement and comment on Facebook about a dealership and how annoying the virtual girl Emma was on this car dealer's site. This comment reached Buds, and I was notified and looked over their selection of used vehicles. Within 24 hours, a deal was agreed, and the car was sitting in my driveway. I asked some solid questions and felt I was told the truth with no runaround. I give five stars times two to Buds. Thank you for all that you do. I am all about customer experience along with a well-manufactured product. Here is my advice to the companies out there spending big money on advertising. Invest in customer experience service. Those in and behind the scenes can make or break you. Once again, Thank you, Buds, in Celina, Ohio.

They treated me fairly on my trade and the finance manager was equally as great to work with. I drove over two hours to this dealership and would do it again for my next vehicle! I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Pick-up truck in a Rebel package with the Midnight & GT options and couldn't be more happy. The sales staff at Buds did a very nice job walking me through the various options and ensuring I understood what was and wasn't included. When the truck was delivered they took the time to review and explain all the "bells, horns & whistles" once again ensuring I was comfortable prior to leaving. I would and have recommended them others and would and will return when I need another vehicle.

Chris Zibrida was easy to work with and the entire transaction went pretty smooth. I was disappointed that he wasn't entirely upfront about the vehicle's mechanical issues. I don't have a high expectation out of sales people in general, and unfortunately this proved it again. I test-drove the truck and took it to my mechanic once I felt/heard an issue while driving it. My mechanic knew right away there was an issue with the wheel bearing. When I got back to the dealership to discuss this with Chris, he then "found it" in the paperwork. It's just super frustrating. We negotiated a lower price in regards to me having to take the vehicle right away to get the wheel bearing fixed. He also told me the brakes were at about 50%. Turns out, the brakes were completely shot also. Even new rotors were needed. Would I recommend? Sure. As far as car salesmen and dealerships go, it was a typical experience. It is a great truck for a decent price, so I have no regrets. I just wish we could normalize being completely truthful and transparent.

Worked with Jordan W on a 2013 Silverado. I was 3 hours away but had been looking for months and found the one. I was hesitant doing everything virtual but Jordan did a video walk around and addressed all of my maintenance concerns being an 8 year old truck. Good morning, I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie from Bud's a few months ago. I have nothing but great things to share about the experience I had with Bud's Chrysler and Toby Rolfes. This purchase was our very first online purchase. I received the truck exactly as advertised. Toby was very professional and patient with us as we scheduled the transport of our truck. Toby took the time from his busy schedule to call/text me to give me updates of the process of buying the truck. My wife and I appreciate the way we were treated, even though we never met in person. We are very happy and satisfied with our new truck.
