Rude

The guy in the service department treated me like I was stupid and didn’t understand what he was saying. When I was able to prove him wrong he tried to backtrack and tell me that I misunderstood him the first time. I have been coming in for my cars service and this is not the first time I have been treated with rude attitudes and being talked down to by your employees. I will take my business elsewhere so I don’t get treated this way again. We have bought multiple cars from you over the past few years and it’s always been great until we have to come in and deal with your service team and if that’s the case I will look at other dealers in the future. I did speak to the person that sold me my car and he said he would talk to his supervisor but with this being a repeat experience it needs to be addressed.

Another amazing experience!

This is the 4th Traverse I’ve leased from Ganley & I will be back next time for sure! Tim Arbutina & John Wade made sure I had the exact car I wanted at the best price possible. I had to bring my 4yo with me and they made sure we were in & out in under an hour! I don’t think any other dealership could top my experience with Ganley Chevy in Brookpark!

Leasing Made Easy

We came in trying to decide between leasing a Malibu or an Equinox. Our salesman Chris was very helpful explaining features of the two vehicles and providing us a one of each to test drive. After the test drives he presented an initial cost estimate. We decided on the Equinox. Chris worked with us to get the monthly payment down to an amount we were comfortable with. When we picked up the new Equinox the next day Chris took the time to explain the features and helped us set up the OnStar and other features.
