It was pleasant experience to trade in my old car and buy a new car from Vision Ford-Lincoln. The overall workflow ran fast and straightforward. I bought a new Ford Bronco Sport there and I satisfied with the car and its price. Also, the dealer I worked with, Jesse, was always ready to help whenever I have questions. So glad I bought a certified preowned Lincoln. The service department was able to fix my vehicle with little cost to me thanks to the warranty that is on my Lincoln. Vision Ford even washed my vehicle after it was fixed. Thanks for getting my Lincoln fixed up and ready for my summer road trips!

Top Notch Customer Service

The Customer Service that we received in buying a used car to a new car was exactly the same. Every customer is important! They listed to our needs and budget, and were not pushy. Love the small town treatment you get, but still have lots of opportunities for the best sales/service you expect to find on a large town.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Vision Ford Lincoln. They also service my vehicles. They always get my vehicle in and out of the shop in a timely manner. I love the inspections and the maintenance reminders. I recently drove through the lot checking out SUVs. After driving a certified preowned MKX, I decided I had to have it. Matt and Jesse were so wonderful. Within an hour I was signing papers to own it. I love my new ride and cant possibly say enough good things about the entire staff. Vision Ford Lincoln is top notch!

I had went in to look at a 13 Ram that was sitting on the lot for a while and went in to see about finacning being my vehicle broke down the week before. The staff was very generous and instantly approved my finnancing. Other than an faulty cooling fan I have very happy with my purchase, and the staff was more than happy to replace the fan and send me on my way. I would be more than happy to seek another vehicle from Vision Ford in the future.

I had my vehicle in for a service check/oil change on 11/11/15 and was greeted with a big smile and warm "hello" from Harold as soon as I walked in the door. The service tech who worked on my vehicle was Doug. Everything was completed very thoroughly on my service check and Doug came out, greeted me with a smile and visited with me afterwards and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great shape! We purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Touring. The staff was extremely friendly and listened to what we wanted. 24 hours later we drove the vehicle we wanted off the lot. The following day we received a follow up call from our sales rep to make sure we were happy with service, our vehicle, and if there was anything else they could do for us. Wonderful service!
