Fix side of seat

I took the vehicle in to fix the side of the seat, was supposed to be fixed, then a cover kept popping off, took it back, they supposedly fixed it again, same thing happened, took it back a couple more times before being told I now had to pay for a new cover that kept popping off on top of what I had already paid to have them supposedly fix the seat the first time, very frustrating!!

What i thought was the problem was not the problem with my wife's care. They found the problem and fixed it to be honest it was more than i wanted to pay which is not their fault is that things are so damn high right now but it is fixed and that is all that counts.

had our pickup vehicle serviced and front window replaced. the vehicle came back scratched from their car wash and the window leaked water into the cab the first time it rained. very disappointed with how they dealt with both issues.

Bad Experience

We bought a used Suburban from Puklich Chevrolet about four years ago and was treated outstanding. When my wife was ready for a different car because I hit a deer with hers.....we started looking around and found one at Schwan's in Bismarck. Horrible Experience. I asked them to fix something that showed up 2 miles out of town. It was a whooping $150 they said no problem then billed me so I had to fight for a month with them to get it paid for. They swore that it wasn't leaking coolant but when we got home it needed head gaskets. wouldn't do anything. So when we wanted to buy another car we went back to Don at Puklich Chevrolet and he has bent over backwards to make it a worry free and Hassle free Deal so we bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro from them. Fixed things that he could have probably said no to because it was a used car, but he didn't. It was stuff that happened within a day or 2 of having it. I will never buy from another dealership as long as Don is at Puklich Chevrolet. Service and Parts department has also been nothing but professional and easy to deal with unlike the service department at Schwan's. I understand that it was a used car but when I brought the head gasket concern to them and they sat there and flat out lied about it being fine. that is just bad business and has cost them a recent sale and the one that we are going to make in the next year to replace the Impala that we bought from them. Head gaskets are not a cheap fix but after doing them out of my own pocket the Impala has been a great car. Only replacing because the wife wants a newer car with heated seats! I wish I knew about this site 2 years ago!
