Terrible communication

If I could give a 0 I would. This is my first car buying experience and I’m sure it shouldn’t be anywhere this difficult. The communication of this dealership is terrible. Going on a whole week that I’ve paid for my car and haven’t been able to drive it, because of salesman telling me a certain document could be used and it can’t.

It was excellent service. Not a good situation that I was in. Had to get my name off of my ex husband loan. They went out if thier way to help find a vehicle that would eat up the negative equity.

The experience with the Sales team was very pleasant and friendly. The sales man Forrest Wilkins showed patience and was very accommodating. He answered our questions. He stayed there during the entire process. I had made an appointment for 7 pm. Our visit was to review the vehicles and maybe test drive. We had no intentions to purchase. We were satisfied with the car we had 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. After our test drive, Forrest found us additional discounts and advised since i was retired Army i could get additional discount. The offer for our Jeep Cherokee Sport was decent. We decjded to purchase the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. With the financing with Scott Spainhour went smoothly. Scott was professional. He explained the financing with Chrysler Capital and the vehicke service contract. We finally left at 11 pm. What surprised us was Forrest Wilkins stayed there and downloaded the Apple Car App for my wife. And he explained additional info for us on operating the vehicle. We had to go back the next day to have our purchased detailed. Both times we felt comfortable with the staff at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I will always now use this dealership for future car purchases.

I had a GREAT experience at this dealership. I was hunting without my husband for a car and this was my first time doing so. For that reason alone, I was nervous, but not once did I feel pressure with Tom. He was genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision. There was never any "back and forth" haggling, and he never made me feel like I should be grateful for his hard work. Because he knew I couldn't make the decision by myself, he let me leave. He also knew that there was another car we were considering from another dealership. After I left, I went to that other dealership, and I must say I was never treated so badly. I couldn't believe that there are dealerships out there that still operate as if this was thirty years ago! I felt trapped at the OTHER place, but my only saving grace was Tom's text, asking me if there was anything he could do for me. I was so happy to return , and we finished up our transaction with ease. I would highly recommend!

Great Experience Overall

I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Paul Boyd at Hendrick Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. I started the process by filling out a request for information online and was contacted very quickly by the Internet Sales Manager, Jason Tarlowe, who set up a meeting for the following day for a test drive and evaluation of my trade. That trip was quick and productive and resulted in a quote for purchase. The following day, we negotiated a final purchase price over the phone and I was in and out in under an hour, including all finance work and showing me how all the new gadgets operate. I had to come back a few days later to have the sat-nav activated, which was done quickly and included showing me how to work the nav. All in all, it was as good of an experience as I have had while purchasing a vehicle.

When it came to financing, the man who helped us went out of his way to make sure that we got the best possible rate. This way we were able to add additional protection to our brand new 2015 vehicle without increasing our monthly payment! The auto mall is extremely impressive from the friendly and professional staff to the state of the art grounds and facilities. Just the Way Customer Service Should Be

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass. I'm one of those people who does mountains of research before even walking in the door. Never having dealt with a large dealership before, I was wary and uncomfortable. Lashanda made the experience enjoyable (and sat through two inquisition-style test drives like a champ). Victor worked with me to get exactly what I wanted (including working a dog ramp for my disabled pup into the deal). Lee made signing all the paperwork understandable (and helped get a great extended warranty included for less than $1 more a month). Even the service guys who installed my wheel locks were great. Overall, my best car buying experience to date, and I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Hendrick CDJR.

Who knew that you could buy a vehicle in the Charlotte area (Concord) with no mental pressure, no physical stress and without feeling like you spent the kids' inheritance on it? My wife and I did not know this until we visited Hendricks CDJR. The "Product Specialists"(salespersons) truly know the product and will answer any question you have. We traded in our antique auto on a 2015 Cherokee limited and we were completely satisfied with what we paid for the Jeep and what we got for our trade. Thanks to all who helped. We enjoyed the Hendrick experience.
