We were looking for a used Ford Flex Limited . Crossroads Ford in NC advertised a 2018 with everything we were looking for and would accept our trade-in (which was in showroom condition, just as they required) Unfortunately their standards were much lower for their vehicles. They gave us the rookie sales person, which is fine but they claimed that any questions, descrepancies, or problems we had were our fault and we had to prove that they were lying and that the car was advertised correctly and any questions were answered by someone with little experience. So we ended up with only one key that works, no towing package or luggage rack, a loose windshield that had been replaced by them and a non-working rear window control. The car was not cleaned to showroom condition, many of the cupholders were full of old food and grime. And no cooperation from the dealership.

Women friendly. Let’s start with the stigma of being a woman and buying an automobile. Generally, this is horrible and not something we are comfortable. I can honestly say that after Mike and Will broke my hard shell I was sold on the vehicle that I wanted. At no point did they try to sell me in anything. They made suggestions and offers and made me comfortable. Thank you Crossroads for the extremely positive experience.

When I drove onto the lot was met by a friendly salesman, he invited me into the showroom and asked what type of automobile I was looking for. Gave me his card(Michael Combs). I had been looking at the Ford Explorer. Test drove one and really liked it. I had to leave and kept looking on line at the one I drove but then saw one that had more options that I really liked. Discussed financing options and decided on the second Explorer, beautiful Blue color and nice interior. Everyone was friendly and did not feel pressured at all. Have received many compliments since I drove it home and around town

My experience was very good al sales persons were very skilled, knowledeable, and personable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle especially one like I purchased There was no pressuring in buying at all. I and my grandchildren are enjoying my new Ford Flex. The ride is amazingly smooth and comfortable can't really tell you are riding feels like sitting on couch.I did not expect the ride to be this smooth.I am satisfied I have always like Ford's now I like Crossway Ford too

My experience with Crossroads Ford of Sanford was nothing but positive! They went far out of their way to secure me financing within my budget to get the deal done on my dream vehicle. I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and Emily Cameron went above and beyond in prepping all paperwork and the vehicle for my arrival.
