Car buying isn't the most fun thing in my book. Trey Heatwole ,was not your Typical "car salesman" I felt no pressure or push , only a desire to find a car that would meet my needs. I loved the follow up from Mitch Williams & Trey after my husbands initial visit, to see how They might be able to best meet my needs and find me the right car. They took notes on the things that were important to me and remembered them the next day when I came to test drive the car. It was clear that they appreciated my business and based on their customer service alone I will refer & come back to West Gate. Every person I interacted with down to the finance manager,Tommy Graves Jr. were wonderful to work with! I also got a great deal & a great car & I did LOTS of research.
