Came in with 4 center caps left with 1 .. simple math! My dog would even know that’s not right. Took 4 hours to get my tires put on and aligned on top of that. If you break someone’s stuff during a service at least offer to make it right.

Usually I’m met at the door - greeted & welcomed in pleasantly; however, this time I wasn’t because my last service visit was horrible & I let them know. So I believe that this was the reason I didn’t get a text stated that if I needed anything just let them know & upon leaving the gentleman wasn’t friendly at all nor did he walk me out like they used to do. So, although this visit didn’t take a long time like it did the last I don’t feel I was treated like a valuable customer. And I pray my car was serviced correct & not put me & my family in any danger.

New Car Pricing

I have owned 6 Toyotas in the last 15 years and each time, I have tried to deal with this dealership. In my experience with them, any other Toyota Dealership within 100 miles of this one will sell you the same care for atleast $1000.00 cheaper and even go to their lot and get that particular car if you'd like them to. This dealership will not negotiate like other dealerships for some reason and I've talked to the Managers about it and they still don't budge. Save yourself some money and simply drive a county away.
