I live in South Carolina I drove all the way to Mooresville North Carolina just to purchase a BMW X6. I could go on and on expressing how much my experience was amazing but I literally would go past the limit provided here. I got the chance to work with Adam in sales Keeley in management and Ron in finance. AWESOME TEAM! I would definitely purchase more vehicles from this company. Great Car Purchase Experience

I had a great car purchase experience at Randy Marion Subaru with Aaron Rourk. Purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful, but Aaron made it such a wonderful experience. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and Aaron explained the differences between the various models. I didn’t feel pressured and after a few hours drove away with a new vehicle. I would recommend anyone to see at Aaron at Randy Marion.

2018 forester touring xt

Overall Thomas did a great job explaining the difference between the various features and trim levels on the forester. We were able to test drive different models to compare the ride and performance.Thomas was able to answer any question we had and also give us a little Subaru history as well.This was the first new car we have purchased in 18 years. The whole process was seamless and every detail taken care of. We came in on Friday, and had the car we wanted the next day.

Thomas, a sales associate at subaru, went out of his way to make my experience a good one driving quite a ways to find the right car for me. Even with an unexpected computer system problem, the staff was not only apologetic but Thomas was very accommodating in helping me in any way, letting me test drive the vehicle out to lunch, drive the vehicle multiple times and I never once felt rushed to make a decision. Over the last 40 years I've bought probably about 30 cars (me, my wife, and son). This was the easiest, most efficient buying experience ever. I used to dread buying a new car because it would be a half day of drudgery. Not this time. The sales team were very mindful of my time, yet thorough. Thanks!

After a successful 2 Hondas, a Charger and a Mini Cooper, and attempted car buying at Ford and Toyota at other dealerships in the past, this was my first experience of buying at Randy Marion and buying a Subaru. And it was the best. Every one we met was very courteous and polite, knowledgeable and paid attention to our needs. We were in an out with our new Subaru Outback Ltd. in a little over 2 hours! This included helping make a choice between Forester and Outback, the test drive, pricing, trading in our minivan, finance numbers and paperwork, delivery and explaining the features on the car! Best part was pricing, no games, transparent and quick with a very reasonable trade-in offer on our minivan which made the decision easier. Brain was simply awesome!

I bought a new Subaru Forester from Randy Marion last week. I live in West Virginia, but a friend recommended them. They saved me over $3000 dollars compared to local dealers and also delivered the car to me. They were easy to negotiate with and made for a stress free car buying experience. As a first time car buyer I didn't know buying a car could be such an easy and hassle free experience. Better prices for a new Forester than any used one I could find. The staff made everything so easy, they were very knowledgable and helpful with everything imaginable.

We went to Randy Marion Subaru to learn about the Forester before going to CarMax. When we told the salesman what we were doing and showed him the print out from the internet he beat the price with the same model with the same equipment only at a lower price. I called CarMax and cancelled the appointment. We drove the new car home the same day.

Found 2015 Subaru Legacy on Randy Marion Subaru web site that i liked and requested for quote, it was late evening. Todd Burgie was quick to respond the next day with fair quote. The car was in transit and they did not have same trim in stock so he aarranged his service manager's car to test drive same evening. Thanks to his professional approach in negotiations we could agree on price. He called as soon it arrived at dealership next week. Was extremely satisfied with whole process of purchase.
