Select Auto of Charlotte

Words cannot begin to describe the complete disrespect and horrible customer service provided by “Nick” at this establishment. We were literally minutes away from purchasing a BMW at Select, before “Nick” decided to berate me about simply asking about possible work that had been done on the back bumper. He even went so far as to come close to my face and aggressively tell us that we should leave and they didn’t “need our business”. I had just gone on a test drive with my 9-month pregnant wife and 2 year old son (even though “Nick” accused us of trying to drive off with the car after turning the wheel to check the top view camera). I have NEVER in my life met a salesperson that would come in my face and speak to my pregnant wife to the point where she was nearly in tears. I would seriously question how valid the positive reviews are for “Nick” given the experience that we had. I would also recommend that the owners/managers at Select provide sensitivity training and/or therapy for your salesperson, “Nick”.

Select had an excellent selection of cars online so I made the hour trip down and purchased a car there after a test drive. Very satisfied and would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Nick was my sales person and he was great. Super nice guy and easy to work with.
