I had an exceptional experience at Liberty GM. From the moment we walked in, Arte was incredibly helpful, showing us all the available cars and patiently explaining the differences. Even when we had tough questions, he didn't hesitate to bring in the General Manager to ensure we had all the information we needed. Choosing a car was a breeze with their guidance, and the Finance Manager was equally impressive, walking us through every step of the purchasing process with clarity and care. The level of service was unparalleled, making it the most courteous and stress-free car buying experience I've had in nearly 30 years. Dealership wrecked truck when ordered and is still scared to wreck it

The dealership wrecked truck the day of buying after waiting 8 months for delivery, went in to have service done 7 months after purchase, was asked if wanted a complimentary car wash? Responded yes if it can be done without wrecking it . Response from dealership “ OH I remember that truck” needless to say after we left the dealership the truck was not washed.

The dealership is all about the people that work there and our salesman, Rob Backes is why it was such a great experience. He made sure we had everything we needed and never gave us the hard sell like so many expect from car salesman. He was a pleasure to work with as well as the sales manager Rob.

I went for a state inspection and they told me I needed $1800 worth of work. I took it to another dealer and they passed it even after I asked them to double check what liberty said my car failed.

Great Service in a friendly atmosphere

I came across this dealership while searching online for a service department for my aging automobile. I chose this dealership because of the great reviews - figured I would give it a try. The online scheduling for service was simple; I received a phone call verifying the appointment and the name of the appointed service tech. Upon arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the welcoming customer service. Although everyone I encountered was courteous and friendly, Harvey, my service advisor, extended such great customer service that I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
