2022 Honda Pilot Touring

I looked tirelessly for the exact vehicle I was searching for. I was in search for a 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, white, with under 15k miles. The night before I was to decide on one that was a different color, I woke the next day with one last search and found this one. It met all my specifics and when I contacted Crossroads I was met with efficiency, courtesy, and diligence. They were accommodating to my need for out of state delivery, etc. I would purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

Fusion, the service was really good. They worked with us to get out of our lease and buy the new Fusion.( Which we are still waiting for our end of lease check). The staff was very helpful and worked quickly to get us in our new car and back home on the Saturday that we made the appointment.

Bayard Davis and the Crossroads Fords people are always courteous and helpful. They try to get my car in quickly when something needs to be done. I've been taking my MKS there for 5 years now. No one wants to spend money on car repairs, but I feel they are fair and honest.

The dealership was clean and well organized. Lisa Burch did a great job of listening to my requirements for a vehicle and entertained me test driving multiple vehicles. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion SE from Glenn at Crossroads Ford. Not only was the service amazing, but I also got an incredibly affordable deal! Buying a new car can be a draining and frustrating experience for most people. However Glen and his whole team made my car buying experience the highlight of my month! I've never owned a Ford before, but Glenn and The Crossroads staff were willing to take the time to REALLY hear and understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. The end result was a reasonable payment plan and an incredible car with many of the newest features (even I wasn't expecting!) AND at the best possible price! Crossroads Ford is conveniently located and has many amenities that set it apart from other car dealerships. They have a small diner located inside with delicious and inexpensive food items. It is easy to get impatient when you spend the day looking, financing and waiting to purchase a new vehicle. Having the option to grab a bite right on-site is a major plus! Try the butter pecan ice cream-it's amazing! Not only would I recommend Glenn and Crossroads Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car, but can also say that they have won me over as a customer for life!
