I was fairly confident of the car that I wanted. We were immediately greeted and offered a place to sit and refreshments while waiting for our sales consultant. We waited maybe ten minutes for Mark. He was very knowledgeable about the EUV and answered all of my questions. He made sure that I was comfortable with the car before I left. Really happy that we chose this location.

Since I have been coming to Parks Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Tahoe, I find myself returning whenever I need service. The work is done as anticipated, and the Service Advisor Katherine (Kat) is most pleasant to work with and keeps me updated on necessary service needed to keep my vehicle in good condition.

Surprisingly bad dealer

Wow, was shocked by how bad the sales person was on the phone. Every question she said she had to ask a manger, said the real cost was 2,000 more than advertised if I did not have a trade in or finance through them. Emails were not returned. Super bummed, it was a good looking car.

Horrible Dealership

I've bought over 15 new cars bad by far this was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Agreed upon the vehicle, the price, and the payment and shook hands on the deal - moments later the sales manager says they made an error and the deal was off. No effort to try to make it work and the sales manager was very rude in her apology. I left a message and emailed the GM and had no response. Meanwhile their sister dealership in Charlotte called to say they heard I had a complaint and tried to quote me a price. I bought the car I wanted days later for almost the exact same numbers at Randy Marion in Mooresville and it was a great experience. Parks - bad way to do business.

Service after the sale is below par Could not get tag because it was locked up in a office when dealership was within operating hours and nobody not even the general manager has a key to the (special tag room) wife and son drove a long way in traffic and wasted their time and effort because dealership Is unorganized and probably miss managed. Now I know why I only buy Toyotas

Parks Chevrolet Exceed all Expectations

My husband and I experienced car issues while on a 1200 mile trip and got stranded at our son's for several days while our vehicle was being repaired. We decided to look into trading vehicles and Parks Chevrolet exceeded all of our expectations. The salesman, Richard Marsh and the sales manager Wil Vinson listened to our needs and with a rare professionalism and knowledge of the industry and their inventory was able to put us into a new vehicle which we are truly pleased with. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Parks Chevrolet. I knew exactly what I was looking for and there was a no nonsense offer made and accepted by me. In a couple of hours car was prepped and paperwork complete and I was on the road with my new ride.

Good overall experience, with a genuine interest in serving the needs of a customer. I really felt comfortable that Parks Chevrolet valued us as a customer and actually purchased 2 new vehicles from this location. We previously purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse from this same dealer. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions and we were pleased with the trade-in values and purchase values of the 2 new vehicles. Nicole (salesperson) made us feel welcomed and privileged to be a customer. Greg and Shane also treated us well. Overall, a good experience and we are happy to do business with Parks Chevrolet.
