FCI's stock in trade is luxury exotic cars. I was there to look at a $14k Acura they had taken in on trade. Judging by the way I was treated you would have thought I was purchasing the newest Porsche in the showroom. The staff was friendly and courteous. Michael Rubin (sales) was very knowledgeable and informative without being at all pushy. He made every effort to answer all of my questions and make sure that my experience was a positive one. Lee Stephens (F&I) was professional and courteous and made the documentation experience a pleasant one. My wife was with me and she was impressed with how friendly and solicitous the staff was toward her while she was waiting for me to conclude our business. FCI provided the car buying experience that we would all like to have every time.

Brent and Vic are amazing. If you are EVER in the market for a high-end, high-quality vehicle, call Brent Putnam. I looked at cars literally for 6 months, and could not surpass the quality of the vehicles at this dealership. They clearly look for showroom-new used vehicles. These guys took me from a tire-kicker to a paid customer in 5 hours. With patience and genuine interest in my satisfaction, they allowed me to roam the dealership and identify my car. Then, even after making a written deal, they continued to make sure I left with a car that was absolutely as good as new. Not once were they pushing me, they just made my pre-owned Maserati a 9.9 again, and welcomed me back. Would not buy a car of this caliber from any other dealer. Best 4 hour drive (each direction) I have spent. Obviously, the drive back was a bit sweeter. Thanks to both. Stand-up guys that seriously just want a happy customer!

Worst service ever

I purchase a used Ferrari from this dealership. In the price of the car the service department was to perform some major service to bring the car up to date with service. Upon flying in to pick up the car, only parts of the work were done and the car was having problems getting started. Since it was a Sat and I was driving the car home 300 miles I took the risk of delivery with the understanding from my salesman that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. They never took care of it. I have called several times to sales and service and get the brush off but no offer to correct their shotty work. I called Ferrari headquarters to inform them of my experience and they are opening a case. Do not pay to have your Ferrari or exotic get serviced at his dealership. They are the worst. I know because I have had awesome work done at other Ferrari dealers.

What can I say, I decided make my dream come true and purchase a Ferrari. I look all oner the country but one car inperticular stood out. When I contacted Foreign cars Italia it even became more apperent this was it. Kris and his whole staff went the extra mile to make this happen for me. Yesterday I drove it and finalize the purchase now I wait for it to get to its new home. Thanks again team it was a wonderful lifetime experience. Mario

Major kudos to the Porsche service team. My 2016 Macan sustained some significant damage in that bad snowstorm this past February 2018. It was in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks and at one point had the entire engine out sitting on the garage floor. I thought the car may not ever be the same, but it has run like new since I got it back. Thanks to the technicians for doing their job so well. Also a big thanks to Meredith Dean, who was very knowledgeable, professional and straightforward with me throughout this ordeal. She had my back when dealing with the insurance adjuster and kept me informed with all the necessary details to get things done the right way.

9 months ago I went to forgein cars Italia just to check the cars and the prices , I didn't see what I was looking for but Chris sent me an email later on with his information and also sent me an email on my birthday which made me feel like going back and purchase a car from there , great customer services within a week all the papers were gone super fast and easy experience , Chris kept his promises and did everything he can to give me the best deal and the most pleasant customer service.

I worked with Charles to purchase a used BMW. Charles is exceptionally professional, follows up on what is requested, does not oversell, and paints a very accurate picture of the vehicle to purchase. He also did some of his own research to compare this car to other cars, which i found helpful. In addition Charles made the process extremely smooth, without any pressure to buy and handled the entire process from start to end. The dealership is just first class to work with not only on high end cars, but also if one buys a pre-owned car from them. Highly recommend working with Foreign Car Italia for both new and pre-owned cars.....and i had a fabulous experience with Charles that will bring me back to this dealership and working with him. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership, and i will go back again.

Prior to purchasing my vehicle from Foreign Cars Italia and Charles Dabney, I had been in touch with and visited other dealerships. I told Charles exactly what u was looking for and when I would be there, and the car was idling at the curb on my arrival. The process was seamless and I didn't need to look any further! They were exceptional and I would absolutely return to the dealership and to this salesperson for my next vehicle!

Charles Dabney has been great. I was hesitant to buy my first Maserati out of state but he made the process very comfortable and easy. My local dealer did not have the inventory I was looking for and Foreign Cars Italia had everything and more. Charles went over the car in detail and even arranged shipping for me to Florida. I will be buying my next Maserati and hopefully future Ferrari from Charles / Foreign cars Italia again!

Mr. Keith Robinson's professionalism, kindness, and customer service as a salesman at Foreign Cars Italia is to be emulated by all in his profession. He went 'above and beyond' that expected to ensure my welfare after a freak accident occurred moments after my vehicle purchase. To make a very long story short (believe me, this could be longer), less than 30 minutes after purchasing my new/used BMW and departing the dealership, i hit an obscured pot-hole in the center of the off-ramp to I-40; resulting in a flat front drivers-side tire and a damaged rear drivers-side tire. BMW road-side assistance encountered 'significant problems' in getting my car towed in a timely manner, which ultimately resulted in my vehicle being towed ~ 9 hrs after my intial phone call to RSA (Initiated call at ~3:45 p.m. Tue --- Vehicle towed '1 MILE' to Crown BMW at ~12:15 a.m. Wed). I contacted Keith immediately after the incident which occurred less than 1/4 mile from the dealership. He provided numerous bits of advice and periodically checked on my status once i was in a secure location - one exit down. Once advised of the extensive delay in tow service, he coordinated a loaner car and personally brought it to me (along with his sales manager) on his/their on time 'after the normal work day' with guidance to keep it as long as needed. Fortunately it was only needed until 1 p.m. the next day (today). The loaner proved to be invaluable as i needed to acquire a hotel due to the delay in tow service, purchase personal items, and then go to the local BMW dealer the next morning to coordinate the new tire install. Once the loaner was returned, Keith personally dropped me off at the Crown BMW dealership and within an hour i was on my way home. Additionally, as an active duty Soldier Keith coordinated a discount on my purchase in honor of Memorial Day, which is greatly appreciated. In that vein, his acts of thoughtfulness, kindness, and concern turned a sequence of unforseen negative events into a 'memorable' experience for me on a more positive note which speaks volumes of his professionalism and character. His conduct towards me not only as a military service member but also a 'VALUED CUSTOMER' is to be commended. Lastly, the car is without question more than I ever expected from a used, 2014 BMW 750 Li xDrive. The car was immaculately cared for by it's previous owner - fully-loaded, low miles, with DANIN system performance upgrade (and more) I still can't believe the deal they gave me on thid car. As a first time BMW owner decidng to start used i'm couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from this dealer/salesman. Keith, thank you once again sir for your concern and kindness. I do hope that you are appropriately recognized/rewarded by your leadership/management team for a job well done. Your kindness will not be forgotten. All the best in your future endeavors. I purchased a BMW from their used car lot. I feel like I got a good deal, but what set them apart most was that it didn't have that "used car salesman" feel at any point in the process. Charles Dabney was my sales consultant and he was the most professional one I've ever worked with. I truly mean it. He didn't pretend to know everything, but was still very knowledgeable - even about a brand that isn't one of their brands. He followed up on every question/request and was prompt and accommodating to my schedule. Since I was purchasing a vehicle that was much, much lower cost than one of their typical vehicle sales, this was especially impressive to me. It was just a really nice purchasing experience and I would highly recommend asking for him. All other employees there were also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend visiting here whether you are looking for a new or a used car.

They allowed me the time and provided me the information I needed to find the right vehicle at the right price. Sal Calabria was the perfect sales person I've ever had the pleasure do deal with. I'm 70 years old and have purchased many high end vehicles over my lifetime and the was the very best experience of all. He was totally professional with all the interactions. The dealership is highly recommended. The store is clean as a whistle and very well stocked with all the toys. The car I purchased over the internet was exactly as described. 2017 Maserati Ghibli S Q4

I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new 2017 Maserati Ghibli S Q4 from Kris Krysalka. From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying out various vehicles to make sure I found the right one for me and was extremely knowledgeable about every and all vehicles on the lot. It's extremely important to me to build a trusting relationships with the dealer so that I can return in the future and not feel like an unknown walking in each time, and I feel that both Kris and Foreign Cars Italia delivered on that. Since the purchase, I've had very MINOR issues (a loose screw rolling around and a little rattle) but the service department was able to fix that immediately and with little delay (especially since it was over the holidays). All in all, I couldn't recommend my buying experience from Kris any higher and I highly recommend all prospective car buyers to at least swing by and check out their showroom, the Ferraris are a sight to behold!
