Seamless experience. Outstanding from start to finish!!

I was in the market for a newer pre-owned vehicle any, be referral, came across Flow Mazda of Greensboro. I live in Apex, NC and Flow is located in Greensboro, so at first I was a little hesitant about make and hour and half drive to shop for a car... I did a bit of research online and found a 2015 Honda Civic that I liked and decided to give me them a call. My salesman, Brent, was the first personal I spoke with at Flow. I explained my situation to him and what I was looking for. I was blown away when Brent was able to find me a FAR BETTER Honda Civic stacked with full upgrade options for about the same price as the other!! Brent and Steve began the process for me, understanding the long drive I would have to make to purchase the car, and got everything ready and in order so that when I arrived, the car was ready, financial paperwork was prepped and in order thanks to Sheldon, and I was able to be in and out in a surprisingly short amount of time!! I can't thank these guys enough for the superior service and car they took with my buying process! I highly recommend the team at Flow Mazda to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!

Mazda CX-5 Purchase

Bought a 2016 CX-5 from Flow. We worked with two salesman, John and David, and the sales manager, Steve. Aside from the inflated doc fee, the deal was very fair, and everyone we worked with was courteous and friendly. The vehicle we purchased had to be delivered from South Carolina, and due to scheduling conflicts we were unable to make it to the dealership the day it was delivered. But the guys at flow bent over backwards for us and delivered the vehicle directly to our home! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from flow, and both purchases were great experiences. If you like having fun when you drive, do yourself a favor and buy a Mazda. And if you live in Greensboro, go see Flow. They will treat you very well.

Very Happy

Purchased a new car from Flow for the second time and I highly reccomend the dealership if looking for a new car. They are very friendly and helpful. Steve Lynn is the best salesman I have experiened in my many years of buying cars.

Salesman Joe Rude and Unprofessional

This review is for the sales department. My husband and I were in the market for a new Mazda CX-5. We came in to take a look at the car and see if there was an extended test drive available. When we walked in, there was a salesman (Joe Williams), sitting in the waiting area for customers who greeted us but stayed sitting down with his feet up. I explained what we were there for and he, continuing to sit back with his legs outstretched, said they don't do extended test drives over night and asked if we would be able to come back another day. I agreed for Wednesday and he said "are you actually going to show up?" Um, what? If I say I'm going to be there, then I will be, yes. I didn't like this comment, but we moved forward. Kindly, Flow Mazda did allow us to take the vehicle out for an extended test drive that night. I was not overly impressed with Joe, but happy to be able to try out the vehicle. We tried it out, liked it, brought it back the next morning, talked about prices, and they offered me a price OTD. I said I would be back later, as long as my husband was back in town, and if he was happy with the price then we could move forward. They said they were going to have the car I wanted brought over, as the one I tested did not have the color interior I wanted. Through all this, I was also talking with other dealers, trying to get the best price. This is how it goes with car-buying. You try to get the lowest price. I found a better price at Parks Mazda and they were able to give me more on my trade-in. I called Flow back and let them know that I wouldn't be coming by after all, as I had found a better deal. I did not actually talk to Joe. The next morning, Joe called me. This is the conversation: Joe: "Hi, we have your vehicle here." Me: "Actually, we ended up finding a better deal elsewhere." Joe: "So you're telling me, I brought this car here for no reason?" Me: "Well, I'm sorry.. we just ended up finding a better price at another dealership." Then he hangs up on me. Not another word, just hangs up. Unprofessional and rude. The professional way to handle that situation would have been: "I'm sorry to hear that, please let me know if I can help you in the future. Thanks." We will probably be buying another car in the next couple of years, as my husband also drives an older vehicle.. however, we will NOT be coming back to any Flow dealerships when we are in the market again. TLDR; Pricing and testing out cars, salesman is angry that he doesn't make a sale because he didn't offer the best price, hangs up without another word.

Amazing Experience!

Found an Acura MDX online and had an amazing experience from start to finish with this Dealership. I would highly recommend their team if you are in Greensboro or any surrounding areas and looking for a dependable car.

Purchase of a Mazda3

I had visited the Dealership about 3 times to look at the Mazda3..went one last time and ready to buy a 2012. I had done all my home work and knew what my trade was worth...they low balled me over $1300.00. The final price on the car was very fare. The only way I would buy from this Dealer if I didnot have anything to trade and made sure I know every rebate and dealer insentive going on the model I wanted. I lefted tha Dealership...went to another car brand...and got a very good deal on the 2012 auto that I bought.

Mazda3 Purchase

My wife and I were very pleased with our purchase experience at Flow Mazda. We stopped by for a couple of test drives and they handled the entire price negotiations via email with no pressure. They responded promptly and ended up being competitive with the other dealers that I got bids from and even a bit below Edmunds TMV price. We financed the car through their 0% offer and when we got to the paperwork there were no surprises whatsoever. The car had a license plate mounted to the front grill and when they removed it there were a couple of screw holes. I did not like this and asked if they could replace the front grill which they did at no extra cost. Overall we were very pleased.

Beware typical salesman tactics

Beware of Flow Mazda of Greensboro. They pretend to give you a good deal on the trade only to jack up the price of the car. They wouldn't just tell us the price of the car, only how much we would need to finance. They are also untrustworthy and or incompetent. When we tried to back out saying we found a better deal they stated features on this car aren't on the other car, which is BS as the feature, blue tooth, was standard. They also tried to twist the deal on financing. They say that you can either choose 0% financing or they increase the price by $500. Basically, they want to charge you $500 for not using their financing company as they get a kickback. There is no requirement or stipulation with Mazda Corporate, concerning 0% financing. The 0% financing is a corporate offering, not a dealer offering. Please pass this along before someone gets ripped off.
