We have been looking to purchase a good used car for over 4 months. We have been to many dealership's and talked with many salespersons. Our salesperson Mike Thorne was the best. He was up beat, he loves his job, and is great at his job. I usually rank talking to a salesperson and purchasing a vehicle right up there with a root canal. Not at Capital and not with Mike. There wasn't any playing any games, all this going back and forth. We went in told them what we would give for the car, they said OK. The paper work was done and all in a little over an hour we were out the door with our new car and Capital was very busy Saturday, February 4th. The day we purchased our car. We would highly recommend Capital to anyone looking to purchase a car and highly recommend Mike Thorne as their salesperson. Thank you Mike and Capital for making our car purchase a great experience. The associate that helped me was ALVIN GRAVES and he took advantage of the fact that I was a young adult females looking to buy my first car all by MYSELF. Therefore he knew I was pretty much taking his word for everything he told me but they were all LIES!! He told me I was looking and getting one car and sold me a totally different car. I didn't find out about the false information until I went to another HYUNDAI dealership and they showed me the car I was told I was getting. I went back to Capital to see what they would do because I was not satisfied and I was given fraudulent information but can you believe they did nothing to help me in fact they basically told me I would have to take out another loan to get more money from me even though I was misinformed. If I could have taken my check back I would because they don't deserve my business after that. BE CAREFUL AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!

From the time I sent an internet inquiry to the time I left with a car everyone in the building was very helpful. From Mandie, who initially answered my inquiry from the internet with a phone call and then setting up a meeting with a text, to Christopher Williams who first helped me and to the fabulous Fred Thompson and the manager who made the final sell. I came in wanting a used SUV and left with a car from the showroom which after being explained to me how safe it was, was the best choice EVER! Also Jessica Turnquest made the financial part of buying the car quick and painless. I can not thank everyone enough for all the help they gave me. You guys are amazing at what you do and I will definitely tell any and everyone I know buying a car to come to you guys FIRST!!

I had a great experience here. I drove from Charlotte, NC just because I heard good things about this place. And I was not disappointed! From walking into the store everyone is extremely nice! Very willing to help you out and make a deal to go beyond and out of their way to get the numbers that you need. And are very honest with you! Which is very hard to find in a dealership! I worked with Kari Jones and Simon Ghareeb. Both were great! Kari was very wonderful and helpful. From the emails to the phone calls. She was very down to earth! And willing to help in any way. Simon was just a great guy very honest and very easy to get alone with. I felt like I was with a friend. Which made me feel a whole lot more comfortable with the whole process!
