I bought a nice truck

You make a purchase for over 80k and they act too cheap to fill the gass tank up or do a oil change. I feel like it's distasteful and shows how little they value you as a customer. I went to buy Ford because I heard about the hospitality and dedication to the customers they have. That wasn't the case for me.

I worked with JOHAN to purchase a preowned vehicle. His offer was $21K for my trade in and $29K for the vehicle I’m interested in. This was all so I can stay within my budget. However the written agreement I was given was completely different. After 3 hours of negotiations he DECEITFULLY changed the numbers to $20.5 K for my trade in and $30.5K for the vehicle I’m interested in. This is a lot of money if you have a tight budget. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. A bunch of DISHONEST people who PREY on you to make a living. They lost my business for good. Please STAY AWAY from this dealership and look for other dealerships that aren’t [non-permissible content removed] like this one. They certainly practice DISHONESTY daily.

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi. Even though the sale was ok, I was disappointed with the price negotiation aspect. I was quoted one price by phone text but then when I went there (had to travel over 60 miles), that price was not honored. I bought the car because I liked it but I was not happy with the final price.

After the visit the following day I went to use my windshield washer and I had to stop and buy a gallon and put it in my self. I was told that they fill everything up so I was let down by your department this time. Just a thought on my end.

Good Service, Rebate Confusion

I just had my 2001 Crown Victoria serviced at County Ford. I had oil/filter, new tires, complete brake job front and back, and tire alignment. I was pleased with the overall service received but was disappointed that the dealership didn't stock Goodyear Eagle tires. I settled for Goodyear Integrity tires instead. With all that service there were several rebates involved, especially since I used my Ford credit card to pay. After reviewing the service ticket when I arrived home I could not determine if rebates were submitted for both axles or just one axle for the brake work. The rebate coupon I had specified #50 per axle. I sent email to the service desk inquiring about the rebates but have not received a response and that was 5 days ago. That disappoints me.

I am still recuperating from a total knee replacement, so my son has taken charge of the F-150 Truck.He has driven me back and forth to PT. He was quite surprised when the truck Power Steering "froze" and we had to go thru a song and dance with triple AAA to get my truck to your dealership in Graham for repairs. As it turned out the only thing wrong with it was the previous owner hooked an off brand radio into the system which caused the freeze up. The problem was fixed, now I don't understand all of this but was assured My F-150 Truck was now sound and ready to go!

When I purchased my 2016 Mustang GT in January 2016, I initially wanted a Cobra, but learned they are hard to get and selling for 10+ over MSRP, so elected to get the GT PP and customize it. With initial purchase, Brandon Gilbert was quick to attend to my requirements, locate what I wanted, get it delivered and worked with my schedule to arrange time in paint/body and exhaust for some initial upgrades. After the first warm day, learned my AC was not working on the passenger side. Scheduled a time with Service to look at it. To fix it, instead of having me come back another day when the part arrived, they pulled the part from their own vehicle inventory and had me on my way quickly. Kudo's!

I just purchased a truck from County Ford. I had been looking for a truck on and off for almost a year. Early on I had contacted one of your sales people, Anna P, and let her know what I was looking for. I was kind of picky and it waited a while and it wasn't until she returned to the sales staff that she called me to tell me that she had the perfect truck for me. She gave me the room to make an informed decision and get comfortable with the process and gave me all the important information that I needed to feel sure about the choice I was making. Had a great experience and love the truck that I bought. Thanks.

We found our new 2014 Ford Flex via Edmunds and drove nearly 400 miles to pick up. We arranged the deal and pricing ahead of the trip...by text, email, the website financing portal and just one phone call. We loved the attentive service and multiple ways to communicate... great with our busy workdays. We worked with Angel White, she was fantastic. IMPORTANT... the "See Dealer for Pricing" number was actually reasonable, a surprise to us. Best price and feature mix within 500 miles, and low financing to boot. Could not be more pleased.

I bought a used 2006 SUV from County Ford 2 years ago. They have maintained my car every 3-4 months and I have received free oil changes and basic service for FREE since then. Today when I went into get my oil changed; I spoke to Ashley and Anna about possibly trading my SUV in for something that would be better on gas. I had very little hope (not so great credit) I didn't get my hopes up at all....Around 2 pm, Anna called me and told me that she got me into a BRAND NEW 2014 FORD!!! I was floored! I went back to County Ford when I got off from work. That's when I laid eyes on my (first ever) brand new car, I literally cried for 10 minutes! There have been a MAJOR turnover (for the better) in salespeople and the new General Manager is SUPER nice, laid back and as approachable as a family member!!! I am still simply amazed that I have a brand new car, right outside my front door. I had little hope and just took a shot in the dark, THEY MADE MIRACLES HAPPEN FOR ME! I never dreamed that I could actually own a brand new car but these folks are amazing and they went far beyond to accommodate me and my needs. I guess if you can be in love with a dealership and their staff.....than I am!
