Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a $58,000 Ford Raptor last Tuesday and noticed 2 days later that there was a loud knocking at cold start. The issue seems to be a systemic problem with the Eco boost and the knocking becomes almost unnoticeable after the engine has built oil pressure... is "warmed up". I am only offering these facts and asking that you exercise your due diligence when purchasing a vehicle from this organization. As I look back at the interactions during the sale, there were indications of an issue that I am only recognizing now 1. I noticed that the vehicle had been sold and returned previously. I saw a warranty that was assigned to another buyer and had to be re-assigned to me. I was not able to get the extended warranty document at the time of sale, but it was provided a couple of days later after multiple request.. 2. I also noticed that the Carfax recorded where the vehicle had been "Serviced" 3 times by Gastonia Nissan from 5/13 to 6/23 while they owned it. Mileage only changed from 61,021 to 61,291 over the same period. 3. There was a Customer Satisfaction Program #21N03 listed on the Carfax. I asked the salesperson if the issue had been addressed. The salesperson left then returned only to reply, "there are no active recalls on the vehicle". I was provided a document stating the same. I didn't realize the issue was not a "recall" but a "Customer Satisfaction Program letter" issued by Ford. I contacted one of the "Managers" and they discussed possibly facilitating an appointment with a local dealership, which is owned by the same organization that owns Gastonia Nissan, Hudson Auto Group. Another 48 hours has passed and no contact from Gastonia Nissan. The same manager was onsite yesterday but did not take or return call. I will not speculate on what actions Gastonia knowingly took throughout this process, but the facts are stated above and their response to the issue has been unprofessional at best. I will never buy from Gastonia Nissan again.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience at Gastonia Nissan. My sales representative Jonathan Cuevas was instrumental in providing me with all the information I need to make an informed decision. And moving forward I was able to connect with him after my purchase. This is a rewarding feeling to know that when I need any assistance we will be there for me and my family. He truly deserves five STARS.

False ads prices on web dont honer!

Seen car on site with price called to conform the price, drive out to buy and said oh sorry its really $4000 more. What a sorry place then they call me any offer it at $2000 over there web price. What a scam dealer. Telling my friends and co workers never go to this store they well Scam you and say there 3rd party put up wrong prices. After u even confirm with manger before u drive out. There answer is well we have some pre owned ones. HA! YOU CAN KEEP THAT TRASH!

Love My 2013 Altima SL!!!!

Our experience at Gastonia Nissan was professional, friendly and efficient. Our sales representative, Dave K, showed us all the features of the 2013 Pathfinder, we test drove it and then negotiation over pricing was fair and timely. Financing was completed immediately and quickly. Dave has been available for all my questions about my new vehicle and has gone above and beyond to make the experiene of buying a new vehicle hassle free and friendly. I highly recommend Dave and the Gastonia Nissan team for friendliness, efficiency, fair pricing and professionalism. I'll be buying my next vehicle from Dave.

Great Car Buying Experience

BEWARE they prey on women and elerly

My Mother took her 2010 Cube to have the NC State Inspection done on her car on July 21,2010 and to find out what a noise was when she turned her AC Blower on. We received a call from the Service Writer, Mark Linton, who told me that she needed a new tire @ $198.00 , due to a nail being in her tire and a new Cabin Filter @ $80.00. I declined the new tire and cabin filter due to I could get tire cheaper somewhere else. I then asked if car was ready to pick up and was told tat it had not been inspected yet. Needless to say was FAILED due to the nail in tire an needing a new cabin filter. Mom had to pay $23.75 before they would release the car and was told she had 30 days to come back to re inspect to pay $6.25 for E-Sticker. chriNC Inspection allows 60 days to re inspect. I took car to a local repair shop, where they looked at the tire, told me it could be plugged, which they did and they inspected the car, it passed it and only charged her the $6.25 for the E-Sticker, I walked out paying $12.25 for tire plug and inspection. Needless to say she WILL NOT be taking car back to Gastonia Nissan except for warranty work ONLY if the Nissan dealership in Charlotte is busy and can't do the work. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!! They pray on women and the elderly.
