Always great customer service and a time we’ll spent at the dealership. Clean and friendly atmosphere , sales staff is very attentive to any questions regarding incoming units and service advisors are always friendly and eager to help you even if they are not assigned to you. Awesome service

Visited the dealership over the weekend in hopes of finding a Corolla or Camry , to my luck there were preowns that were available! I worked with WILL for quite some hours before finally settling on which would work better for me financially. He was great! Very personable , knowledgeable of the different features and was easy to discuss my different opinions for each vehicle. I am glad that I remained patient because in the end it all worked out in my favor! Please make sure to check out the Fayetteville location if you are interested in a vehicle . Thank you Will!

Thank you to KJ for helping me find something that was affordable and to my liking! It's nice when you can sit back and relax and not feel rushed and the transparency is what is really important. Happy cannot describe how happy and grateful I am that KJ helped me find the right vehicle for me! I have been car buying for a year now, nothing really caught my eye or kept me interested for awhile until I saw the Rav4 online. Literally, it took my breath away from the features to the interior ! IT WAS EVERYTHING FOR ME! I am satisfied with my purchase and I am glad that my sales rep was KJ. From beginning to end he was on top of finding me the vehicle, patient with my indecisiveness, perky with the phone calls and exceptional with the delivery! If I could do it all over again, I would! Thank you KJ for helping me find my new baby and for welcoming me to the Hendrick Toyota family! I plan to stay!

Being that I am a little older and I tend to visit places like dealerships and get rushed into a purchase I end up regretting , I would like to say that this was not the case at the Hendrick dealership in Fayetteville. Nigel was my sales rep and he was 100% honest, knowledgeable and friendly with me. He made me feel like my business was important and a priority. He kept in contact with me and was extremely patient although I changed my mind many times. In the end I am extremely grateful that he was able to find me a vehicle to my liking while being affordable. Please if you have the chance to , make sure you go see Nigel for all your vehicle related questions and purchases. Thank you !

This is my first time trying to purchase a brand new car from a dealership. Prior to this the only car sales process I have been through is a smaller car lot and then Carmax after that. With that being said I feel that even though my sales rep was amazing and very friendly I still felt neglected and out of the loop on a lot of my car buying experience. I went to the dealership looking for a specific color/mod/etc and was very intent on doing my best to get what I wanted for the amount of money I would spending. I feel that I received a lack of clear concise information on how the process truly worked and I ended up putting down a deposit for a “maybe we can get you the vehicle color you want, but just in case pick 2 other colors”, and I was out of the entire searching, finding, and even talking about my options from that point on. I hope this doesn’t come off as sporadic but I’m trying to just explain that all in all I would have wished to be more in the loop a part of the entire process rather than just told to swipe my card and have a good day by a finance manager and be left wondering if I would end up with what vehicle I had in mind when speaking to my sales rep. I hope this helps with future sales. Have a good day. For the questions following I haven’t purchased the vehicle yet due to waiting for it to ship and the vehicle will be new.

Chris is my sales rep and i would 100% recommend him. He is upfront about everything and will explain it if needed. He constantly checks up on me when i am waiting in the waiting room, he lets me know whats going on, how much longer, explains what is going on and whatnot.
