Dishonest and Unprofessional

I would NOT recommend this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle from them and after leaving we learned that they had not disclosed all of the previous history of the car. We purchased the car with the understanding that it had one owner, but in fact there was a second "owner" of vehicle that put wear, tear, and over a thousand miles on the car during a several months period that was omitted from our conversations. This practice is shady, questionably legal, and certainly deeply unprofessional. And when we brought it to their attention they had no desire to address our concerns, revalue the car, nor rectify the situation of lying to us. Not trustworthy or professional in anyway.

Purchase Honda CRV EX-L 2017

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. They worked with my issues and barriers and got me approved! Awesome clerk at customer service Lynn Duck. She kept followinf up with me to ensure I was serviced by the Honda team! Thank you Honda!

We drove 1.5 hours for this specific car, by the time we got it home sensors started going off. We took it to the local Honda dealership to be looked at/fix . It has been in the shop since the end of July and we still do not have our car back. We were first told by a technician that this is not a new problem, that this had to have occurred long before now. Now after having our car for a month they have gone from saying it was the previously installed after factory navigation system to this was a freak accident that sometimes happens. What had started out as a exciting and wonderful car buying experience has turned into frustration and disappointment. Honda has been great with proving us with a vehicle in the meantime and also has offered to pay for all repairs but i fear that with this problem happening so soon after purchase that something else might go wrong in the future and the cost will be on us. Since it is a hybrid i know it will be incredibly expensive and im not sure it will be worth it. We have reached our first car and insurance payment being due and haven't even gotten to enjoy our new vehicle.

We just purchased a new 2016 Honda Civic LX CVT from Bryan Honda and were thrilled with the purchasing experience! We were able to work with Steve Leavell in the internet sales department over the phone to complete all our negotiations before driving to the dealership, as we were coming from the RTP area. Steve was upfront and straightforward with us about the purchasing process and any and all fees that would be charged to us, letting us know the "out-the-door price" before we even hit the road. Great value on our trade-in, and we left very happy with the whole experience.

Well Mr. Leonard and I communicated via text for awhile. When I was ready to take the big step, he was there! I am more than pleased with my purchase and that he was my salesman. He went above and beyond the job of a salesman. He even contacted me when I was home, making sure I had arrived home safely. That was another reason why I was so glad he was the one I had the pleasure of working with.

I cannot say enough good about the experience I had recently buying a used car from Bryan Honda. Our sales associate was Jose Otero and he certainly did everything possible to make me feel welcome, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and help me through each step of the buying process. Everyone at Bryan Honda went the extra mile to ensure I received the utmost service and I am well pleased with my purchase. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bryan Honda. Jose spent two long days working with us, and never seemed bothered at all. He was great. We wound up purchasing a 2016 Honda Pilot, and we love it! We are loyal Honda customers (I have a 2012 CR-V), and we will continue to do business with Bryan Honda. Jose made the experience easy and comfortable. We highly recommend both Bryan Honda and Jose!

My wife and I were looking for a new Honda CRV. We contacted more than 5 different dealerships within a 2 hour drive of Raleigh. Steve was by far the best to deal with. We told him what we were looking for and asked for a price. Steve was one of two that actually gave us a "real" price. The others wanted to sell us something else, or were elusive when it came to pricing. Steve is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Steve. If my wife and I are in the market for a new Honda in the future, Steve will be our first call.

This was our first time buying a Honda and the buying experience was the best we've ever had. We didn't have to stay at the dealership all day and our sales consultant even drove our new vehicle out to our house! I purchased a 2014 BMW 428i from Romie Hawthorne at Bryan Honda. The excellent customer service began even before I walked into the dealership. I inquired about the car online. I received an email and phone call prior to scheduling my visit. Romie was an extremely courteous salesman. He was respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He went over some of the vehicle accessories and functions before our test drive. He worked to get me the best value for my trade in. He even checked in after the close of the sale to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. This is a solid dealership with a wonderful sales staff. Exceptional experience

Ron Garcia at Bryan Honda went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a salesperson. I live in Atlanta, but Bryan Honda was the closest dealership with the Honda that I wanted. I found the car through AutoTrader and contacted the dealership. Ron responded that same day, and after a few days, we worked out a deal that was more than fair. I still needed to figure out how to get it to my house. Ron offered to drive it down himself, but I wanted to see it and drive it first. I decided to take a bus to Fayetteville. It got in at 5:15 AM on a Saturday, and Ron was there waiting for me. The car was even better than described and only had a minor scratch on the rear bumper that Ron told me about over the phone ahead of time. After checking the car out, signing the papers, and having breakfast with Ron, I was on my way back to Atlanta 7:00 AM. I'd highly recommend this dealership and this Godly salesperson to anyone within a bus ride.

I had a great experience with Leonard McGrue. He was straightforward and genuine. The process was fast, and at the same time he was patient with my questions. He helped find a vehicle that fitted perfectly with my financial needs and lifestyle. I truly felt like he took care of me, and I left Bryan Honda feeling like i got a great deal. Shawn was great! My wife and I went to look at the Honda CR-V again to make sure it fit into our budget and it was the vehicle we wanted in the long run. We had no intention of driving away with a brand new SUV that day, but with the deal Shawn and the fellow employers of Bryan Honda provided us, we couldn't refuse the offer. We are very happy with our customer service and how well we were treated during our purchasing process. Honest & hassle free

This was by far the most pleasant new car buying experience I've ever had. Using the internet, I solicited offers from several Honda dealerships in North Carolina. Steve Leavell provided a timely, informative response with NO BS! No other dealership could come close to his price and one local dealership claimed that it had to be a "bait & switch". I was very skeptical when I arrived at Bryan Honda, expecting to be hit with add-ons, etc. It was a huge relief when I saw that Steve had all of the paperwork prepared in advance and the "out-the-door" price was exactly what he had told me. I also took advantage of Honda financing. Working with the finance officer was also a breeze. I understand the he is required to offer all of the extras such as extended warranty, etc. They extras were offered to me and there was no pressure when I declined. We just signed the paperwork and I was on my way. I highly recommend Bryan Honda in general and Steve Leavell in particular if you're in the market for a new Honda.

Purchased a certified pre owned Honda Civic. It is not worth the paper it is written on. I have had multiple tire problems since I purchased the car 7 weeks ago. It started the night I drove it home. After the 4th issue I called the service department. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution in 48 hours. A week later, I had to call them only for the snotty service manager to state that its required to have 5/32 tread on the tires to meet the certification. 5/32 is not much and barely met the requirement. He refused to help rectify the situation stating they lost money on our sale. Take that up with the sales folks and not the buyer. They did not forward the complete loan package to the bank. The bank called and harassed us for a week trying to get the information. Called Bryan Honda multiple times to get this rectified to no avail. We completed all the information for the bank again. The car battery was dead upon arrival. The windows of the car was smeared with some gunk. I had to buy denatured alcohol to clean the crap off the windows so I could see to drive. Horrible. Go to Lumberton or Sanford.

They say they beat others prices, but they don't. They say they hate True Car because it gives accurate pricing and they don't want people who have usaa rates coming in. If you give them a bad review on Facebook, they delete the comments and block you. Alvord this dealership at all costs!!

Great experience in purchasing Odyssey I had the privilege of working with Mr. Mark H in purchasing my new Honda Odyssey. Mark did an excellent job in helping me with this purchase. He was very professional and worked in an outstanding way to explain everything to me as well as help me find the vehicle that would meet my needs. He also assisted me in getting the price in the range I could live with. I would like to express my appreciation for the stellar way in which he assisted me. In a time when the customer seems to be left in the background and numbers seem to be the most important thing, Mark took the necessary time to make me feel I was more important than just making numbers. Customer satisfaction to me is very important and Mark Holman did everything he needed to do to assure I was a satisfied customer when I left. He took the time as well, to assist me in learning all the features and explained everything in simple language that anyone could understand.
