Great experience!

Chris, at High Country Truck and Van, helped my son and myself decide on and purchase a truck for my son. He described each detail of the truck we were interested in clearly to me so that I could phone and tell my son who was at work. This didn't bother Chris. In fact, I have never experienced a more relaxed purchase of a vehicle! He was able to draw up all necessary paperwork including the bank loan before my son could join us. (Telco Community Credit Union is there on site!) My son is extremely pleased with his "new" 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD! Chris and the staff I met at High Country Truck and Van demonstrated excellent skill, knowledge and understanding of vehicles and salesmanship. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

No pressure sales approach

This was a work truck for my husband who truly appreciated the no pressure sales approach, and that if we had gotten there first thing in the morning, Chris would have probably let us test drive it all day if we needed to. Nothing tricky - no extra warranties that we didn’t want - was snuck into the signing as this is not their style or way of doing business...SO REFRESHING! Well worth the two hour drive. We’re very happy with the truck; it’s a high quality vehicle that’s perfect for the job!
