I recently bought a car from here, everything with the car seemed good. Two days later the service traction control light came on and and service engine light came on. The code reader said I had multiple misfires. I brought the car to the service department and they replaced one spark plug. The car continued to have problems. I went to the service department 3 times and they acted like nothing was wrong with the car. Two months later, I’m still having the same problems with this car as I did when I first got it. The service department made me feel like I was overreacting about it when something is clearly wrong with the car. Overall, a very frustrating and tiring experience.

Exceeded Expectations

This was my first experience with Midway Auto Group. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for; I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealership or the area, because I live out of state. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Elizabeth Meads. Elizabeth not only confirmed they had the vehicle, but also assisted me through the entire transaction. She was outstanding - no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys or tricks, just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in for a price that I was comfortable with- no hassles just civil, relaxed negotiations. Elizabeth went above and beyond when I had any questions and answered promptly and thoroughly. I have complete peace of mind about this purchase which is priceless!!

Terrible dealership

What a terrible dealership. They know how to make a vehicle look great, only to have it fall apart shortly after buying. What a disappointment.
