Extremely dishonest dealer

I tried to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership, and found their sales tactics to be as dishonest as I have ever been involved with! They will say anything over the phone, and then will not honor ANYTHING when you arrive in person. Very disappointed.

A pleasantly surprising experience!

It should go without saying that one can be rather nervous about the whole process of purchasing a new car. I was prepared to have to shoot down extra offers and perhaps be given misleading information to lead me to greater purchases, but my experience was very surprisingly pleasant. The salesman who invested his time in me, a Mr. George Scott, was an incredibly amiable, honest, and helpful man who made the process practically entirely painless. He helped guide me through everything I both needed to know, and everything that was simply helpful to know, helping to establish a sense of trust and camaraderie. I cannot understate how valuable that was to me. I absolutely do business with Ben Mynatt again, and I would recommend them, and the help of George Scott especially, to any prospective car buyer.

Everyone was very friendly. The salesman, Calvin, made sure we knew each step he was completing. He showed us each feature of the car. This was the 3rd dealership I had visited for the purchase. Calvin ask what we wanted. He fulfilled our wants and not tactics to get us to buy a car we did not want. The other 2 dealers dismissed what I wanted and asked for--They tired to sell me a car that I told them up front I did not want. I will most defiantly us Ben Mynatt for my future needs, and if Calvin is still they I will request him.

The Ben Mynatt dealership was very professional but above all worked very hard to ensure my automotive needs achieved to the highest degree of my satisfaction within the limitations of my budget. My sales representative always kept me in the loop during the purchase and promptly responded to all questions concerning my purchase. All the staff at Ben Mynatt were very professional and attentive to ensuring my purchase was as stress free as possible.

Salesman and sales manager was great. Got everything I wanted as far as car, price, and interest rate. There was no going back and forth over numbers. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I would not only recommend this dealership, but I plan to buy my next vehicle from this dealership.

We worked with Ken Mann to purchase our second Cadillac this quarter from him. We initially purchased a 2014 Avalon and we were totally dissatisfied with the car after a few weeks. The car was not comfortable and the ride is rough. Ken helped us purchase the XTS and we are very pleased and look forward to working with him again.

My experience was great. I have only had one other experience purchasing a vehicle from another dealership and I have to say Ben Mynatt is by far the BEST one to deal with. Tony Stewart was very helpful, very professional, and very informative. He definitely made purchasing a new vehicle as painless as possible. I would definitely refer anyone I know who is looking to purchasing a Chevorlet or GM vehicle.

Alan was very helpful in the purchase of my new car. Most of the work was via email since I live two hours away. They found a car that had the options I wanted and it was ready when I got there. There were no surprises or dealer add-on fees!!

I'm a Chevy fan. I can't begin to tell you how many I have had owned over the years. I usually purchase in the same manner each time. I do it online, contacting the dealers in my area. Twelve this time around. I'm not a big fan of the usual line, 'what can I do to earn you business', but what really frosts me is that they don't listen. With Alan it was a completely different .approach. He was all about listening. I always order vehicles so that I can have exactly what I want. I usually keep one seven years (Chevys last) so I want it to be a perfect fit for my taste. Alan went out of way to search for rebates that I would be entitled to. I am a GM Credit Card holder which I strongly recommend. I got another $3000 off in addition to the other rebates he found for me. Alan did not pester me with calls, emails etc. Answered all my questions. Never talked down to me. Treated me with great respect. I have saved the best for last, his price was the best of the twelve. The two that were close to his price said he could not sell me the vehicle at that price. He would lose money. If you are in the market for a new car, Alan is your man and Ben Mynatt is your dealership

Cyndie My is a wonderful person & great leader. She made herself available to meet with me with no hesitation. Sales person, Chris M, did a superb job. He informed me of every aspect of my new vehicle. Both Cyndie & Chris are stellar representatives for Ben Mynatt & GM. They were both gracious & generous with their time. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!
