You could not find a more dishonest, disrespectful, or lack of knowledge salesman if you tried. Will lie to you every step of the way. His lack of knowledge not only about his brand but the car business in general is severely lacking. When you call him on all his lies he becomes disrespectful. Will say things he has no idea about. Stay away from him at all cost!!

Ask for Anthony Peake,a low key guy who worked for us to get a nice deal. Our credit had taken a hit from a short sale on our condo, but Anthony got us into a new Elantra that day. Fun car, good looking and nicely equipped.

I came in thinking that this would just be more of the same....Pre-approved but not really. At first, it appeared as though I had wasted my time. But Duane and the GM worked their magin and I left in a BRAND NEW CAR complete with bells and whistles. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from South Charlotte Hyundai. I worked with Anthony Peake and Jim Hardison and is was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I went in on a Sunday and they were really busy. I originally had an appointment with Jim, but since he was tied up, Anthony stepped up. Anthony was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very respectful of my budget. They event worked to get me out of my current lease and to find the best solution for my overmileage. I worked with Jim once I made the actual purchase. It was time efficient and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service from Jim, Anthony and the entire South Charlotte Hyundai team. They have received a life customer from here on out!

I have been to many dealerships and dealt with my fair share of dealers before I zeroed in on South Charlotte Hyundai for my car. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and respectful of my particular needs with the vehicle. The entire process was very transparent and effortless. My wife bought a used SUV for 27k and as she drove it home the stripping around front windshield can loose and came off, they refused to pay for or fix. Within 2 months we put another 2k in it for new struts, rotors and tires. Soon after we found out air shock motor was not working also, another $1200. Now a year later we have to pay $2500 for 4 wheel drive differential issue. She spoke w manager of facility within weeks of leaving dealership and he said sorry nothing he could do. Point of story, don't buy from them unless u take the vehicle to get thoroughly inspected by other mechanics before buying

I was given a great price over the internet. So good that I actually asked the individual multiple times if it was the correct price for the model and options I was looking for and was told "Yes I triple checked with my manager and that vehicle is at that price." I went into the dealership and was told there was no way they could sell me the car at that price and gave me a price that was no different than any other dealership in the area. Way to honor your price quote. Nice bait and switch. I'll pay another dealership that I can trust more money than to buy a car from this place.
