I like that the "team" Sunny Jae & James Mitchell picked up and took care of me once I arrived at my scheduled appointment and the salesperson wasn't there. Sunny & James were awesome and really made sure everything went smoothly. Much appreciated "Cali" and "USC" (they know if they get to read this)

Service Issue

My service advisor was Robert. He was awesome! I had been having issues with my jeep wrangler and the service engine light coming on. I took my vehicle to another dealership service dept and was given the run around about what could possibly be the issue instead of trying to help me figure out how to go about fixing the problem. I took my jeep to Robert and explained what was going on and what I had been dealing with. He told me that they will get my jeep in and check it out and to not worry that will take good care of me. That is exactly what he did! He kept me updated on what was going on. If I needed a call from him because I was looking for a better understanding of what was going on he called me back. I received my jeep back in a timely manner. I will definitely use Keffer for all of my service needs!

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My experience was unlike any other at a dealership. In fact, I’d sworn off of brick and mortar dealerships due to previous experiences and had resolved to only car shopping and making purchases online. Working with the team: Chris, Anthony, and Jeremy changed my mind. Their level of customer service, honesty, authenticity and commitment to making sure I got the best deal and was taking care of was refreshing. My salesperson wasn’t pushy and listened to my needs and wants. Financing was EASY and a seamless part of the process. One thing is for certain… I’ll buy again from Keffer.
