Jason - the BEST out there!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Wiggs in getting our EQS SUV. Jason went above and beyond in helping us get all the information we need to get us our new car. We were corresponding with him even late at night when we were exploring our options, understanding pros and cons of MB's EV line up. Jason is definitely the best out there. Excellent service experience

I made an appoint by phone for my annual service and I was impressed that the wait time was short to speak to an agent. I was also impressed that the wait time for a loaner was short. When I reach the dealership I was greeted warmly by the valet and my service advisor who not only remembered me but remembered our last interaction. That showed me that I am more the a $$ to Hendrick Mercedes of Charlotte. Good job Jonathan and Hendrick’s, I’m glad to have you as my service advisor
