Our experience at Audi Cary was outstanding. Len was so helpful and knowledgeable, and took us to exactly what we were looking for and hoping for. He stayed past closing time to help us, was so patient during the process, and still showed us how a bunch of the features work before we drove off in our new Q7! He was very professional, down-to-earth, and reputable. Gene made the financing process easy and quick. He was very helpful, explained everything, and answered all of our questions. We are LOVING our Q7 and have already been recommending Audi Cary to family and friends. Thank you!

I am sure that Audi Cary is a fine dealer, but I had a bad experience with one salesperson today. I had communicated with Johnnie Richards about a specific certified pre-owned vehicle that I was very interested in. We agreed on a time for me to come test drive and make a deal for the car. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership, cashier's check in-hand for 30% of the purchase price. When I arrived, a very polite and approachable salesperson asked how he could help me (didn't catch his name). I told him I had previously spoken to Johnnie. The other salesperson went and found Johnnie and about 10 minutes later brought him to where I was waiting. Johnnie asked me what I was looking for and I reminded him. He quickly checked the inventory and informed me that the vehicle had sold last night and that the guy picked it up this morning. I asked him if he had another vehicle that was substantially similar (year, model, trim, color). He showed me his inventory sheet and said that they didn't. We stood around just kind of silent for a second and I said "well that's disappointing." He said "yeah, that's how it goes sometimes." We stood there for another second, quietly. I told him goodbye and left. Johnnie was easy to get in touch with by email but was very short and didn't provide any information that I asked for (quote by email, promotions, vehicle availability). At the dealership Johnnie was very brusque and seemed disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for - as if I was wasting his time. I had to prompt him with questions before he would give me any information. He gave me the impression that he did not want to help me find what I was looking for and sell me a car. Johnnie did not meet my expectations for a professional salesperson at a luxury car dealership. He did not offer the quality of service I expect when I choose to purchase a nice car. Car buying is not my job and I understand there are things I could have done differently. Car selling is his job and even I know there are definitely things Johnnie needs to be doing differently. Buyer beware.

I recently purchased a Audi S5 convertible it is a great car and I love it. The service I got from all the people there was excellent, especially Jonathan Mackenzie. He was very good. A year ago, I met Johnnie when I was having my A6 2.7 S-Line serviced. I asked him for a business car and said I would give him a call one day when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Well I did extensive research for 10 months and showed up one day and test drove a S7 which was an awesome experience from customer service to test driving. I told Johnnie that I would call him after test driving a Mercedes CLS550. Well we showed up the next weekend and test drove a S8 and the entire experience was even more awesome. I asked him to give me a few weeks to figure out what my wife and I wanted to buy. He was very understanding and not pushy at all which made us feel very comfortable. When you buy a high end car, you have done all your research and know when you want to buy it. So I called him up yesterday and said that I was on my way with my check book to buy an S8. From beginning to end the process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way home with our new car. 2 Audis in the garage and room for one more....... I will definitely be buying a Q7 very soon and I definitely will be treating him to a steak dinner very soon. Johnnie's Knowledge - 10 Johnnie's Professionalism - 10 Johnnie's Concerns for our needs and well being - 10 Johnnie's Honesty and Business ethics - 10 Of course 10 is the highest rating! Based on our experience, I will definitely be buying a Q7 to add to the garage.

We just arrived in the US and wanted to buy two cars - a Sedan and a SUV. We had decided that it would either be BMW or Audi and hence visited the dealerships in the Raleigh / Cary area. At the Audi Cary dealership we had sighted an interesting used A4 and were advised by Len T. Though I originally favored a 3 series BMW, Len convinced me of the features and benefits of the A4 w/o using clishes. Price negotiations were open, fair & direct - not much talking around, which I really appreciated and finally we could come to an agreement. Though we could not find a suitable SUV (we were looking for a used Q5), Len maintained the contact and adivsed on different options without being pushy. After some extra research and explainations from Len we decided to follow another route, i.e. pursuing the purchase of a new Q5. Thanks to his effort and all the explainations we finally also have the second car and we love it! Overall a very pleasing experience, focused on the essentials and very supportive in finding the right car with the right purchase option. This may sound like a "too good to be true" review, esp as we bought two Audi's, but we have also made very different experiences at two BMW dealerships in Raleigh & Charlotte who missed the opportunity to sell us two cars as we started out being virtually indifferent between the two brands. Bottom line - we are extremely happy and can recommend Audi, especially in Cary, highly!

My husband and I had been in the market for an SUV for a while now and I had been leaning towards an Audi. We stopped by Audi Cary and talked with Robert and Wes. They let us look at all of the different models and options that we could get in an Audi SUV. I fell in love with the Q5 and after test driving and exploring the different trim levels I found the perfect one for our family. The entire Audi Cary sales team was professional and helpful. I LOVE my new Q5 and highly recommend Audi Cary to anyone who is looking!!

I worked with Jock W of Audi of Cary earlier this year to buy a beautiful CPO Audi. Jock was professional, kind, and informative. He was patient with my questions and really tried to help me find the right vehicle. Every one we have worked with at Audi of Cary has been top notch. I buy a new car every couple of years and am fairly picky about salespeople and service. Audi of Cary and Jock W exceeded expectations.

I just picked up a 2013 Audi Q7 S-line and my buying experience at Audi Cary was great. There was no pressure from the very beginning, and I was given truthful, frank answers that helped me to quickly make the decisions I needed to. Any follow-up questions I had during the process were responded to quickly and with exactly the information I needed. I did go through some of the usual games and nonsense when negotiating the car price, and more specifically the value of my trade-in, but overall that was a relatively painless process and I arrived at a deal I was very happy with. I ended up ordering something from the factory, and I was given frequent updates about the status of my car (which ended up arriving 3 weeks early!). I worked with Len T, who was really great and I'd highly recommend. He was very much my speed, knew his stuff, was refreshingly honest with me, and did not push me on anything. When I picked up the car, he spent a few hours with me finalizing the purchase and giving me a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle and all of its fancy bells and whistles. I could not have been happier with Len and Audi Cary as a whole, and absolutely LOVE the new Q7. Best. Car. Ever.

What a great experience with this dealer. We live in the Tampa Bay area and were looking at a pre-owned certified Q5. The dealer was unable to get the financing done for us on the weekend and Monday was a Holiday. This allowed my husband time to surf the net for another Q5 with all the specifications we were looking for. We found 4 in the U.S. The one we were trying to get with 29000 miles on it, 2 in Portland OR. and 1 at Audi Cary with 9700 miles on it. We called first thing on Monday about getting the Q5. Johnnie was extremely helpful, kept us up on everything that was going on with the Q5, as far as getting the deal done, via e-mail and phone. On Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) we ended up getting a purchase order fax to us to take to our bank and within 30 min. we were done. Drove to the dealer Tuesday night and was there on Wednesday to pick up the Q5. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

My reviewing our trade-in options on a new Audi Q5 became quite a different outcome when my wife and I were smitten by the sight of a beautiful new A7. knowing it unlikely we could reach agreement on trade with this more expensive model, we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Our sales person, Albert D, worked diligently with us and management to help us drive home in our new A7.

Our family has bought three Audis from Robert London at Audi Cary. Having bought a lot of cars before, we are very cynical about car dealer experiences. Robert London is by far the best salesman with whom we have worked. Our family has bought 23 Audis over the years, so we have specific requirements and expectations for a good sales experience. Robert and Audi Cary have delivered on that experience well. We appreciate Robert's product knowledge. He always responds quickly and is always fair and patient. We have referred several friends and other family members to Robert. We also appreciate his personal enthusiasm for the Audi brand - something is important to my family. We love the Audi brand and we want our salesman to have the same appreciation for the company and the product - Robert does just that. We are close to purchasing another Audi in the next few months and will definitely work with Robert London. He is simply the best!

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro a few weeks ago and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. Tyler Evans was the sales person assigned to me and it was a good experience from the minute I walked into their door. Purchasing a vehicle is always a difficult thing to do and most people dread it. Tyler made me feel comfortable and completely at ease from the moment he introduced himself. I had my son with me and Tyler took the time and included him also in the process. He had a few options available for me to look at and was very patient in answering all of my and my son's questions. Everyone my son and I encountered that day had a smile and greeted us. Tyler has also followed up with me a few times since the sale to make sure everything is still working well and asking if I had any further questions. Purchasing this vehicle was much less stressful than I had anticipated it to be and I mostly have Tyler to thank for it!

I recently purchased one of the very popular Audi Q5 mid-sized SUVs. I did all my homework online about the Q5 and all of its competitors and knew the features and price range for the vehicle I wanted. As I searched online for inventory, I found that Audi in Cary had a good selection of Q5s available. I visited Audi of Cary and was promptly greeted by a young man named Steven Walther. Steven was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Audi products. Most of all he listened to me and my thoughts and feelings about the vehicles. I explained to Steven that I would be purchasing the vehicle on a subsidized corporate lease that would require my company to be involved along with a 3rd party leasing company to actually purchase the vehicle. The complexity of the potential deal did not deter Steven one bit (unlike the salesman at Leith BMW where I went to see the BMW X3- he couldn’t get away from me fast enough when I said the words “corporate lease”). Steven stayed with me for countless hours as I test drove the different models and configurations. I went back and forth for several weeks trying to decide on which car and model to purchase. All the while Steven made himself available (even on his days off) and promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Once I decided to purchase the Q5, we discussed pricing and I truly felt as if Steven was working for me to help get me the best deal possible. He was open and honest in the discussion and I truly believe he was working to create a win-win scenario to get me the vehicle I wanted. With the vehicle and price agreed, Steven went into action. He proactively engaged with my company and the 3rd party leasing company to provide them the details they needed and ensure that the deal went through without a problem. All the while Steven over-communicated to me both via telephone and email to ensure that I knew what was going on in the process every step of the way. Steven was outstanding! I had visited several car dealerships during my search for a new vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Audi & Infiniti) and it was ultimately Steven Walther’s demeanor and overall approach to customer satisfaction that made my decision to purchase the Q5 from him at Audi of Cary the right choice.
