Chaz, Robbie and I stayed late at the dealership on the night of New Years Eve 2020 to make sure I got all the paperwork done to be able to drive away in my brand new 2020 GMC Acadia Denali that night! Scheduled oil change and 60k service

Had an appointment to drop the truck for an oil change and 60k service. Plans were the dealership would take me home and bring me back to get the truck. appointment time was 11am with an estimate of 3 hours. Called dealership at the 3 hr mark and they hadn’t even started the 60k service. Thought there was no hurry since they needed to come and get me. What part of arranging an appointment didn’t they understand? I had things to do and they figured they didn’t need to get it in and finish it since the owner wasn’t there but not did they check in to see if that was okay!!! Disrespectful.

Lug nut issue

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine until 2 days later, I notice on of my lug nuts sitting in the driveway. I parked the truck and waiting until Monday morning to risk driving it back to the dealership. They tightened the lug nut, never said anything else except, "you're good to go now". I was thinking, "thank God it didn't fly off while I was driving and caused an accident with me or someone else.

Getting tires

When setting up the appointment it was stated that it wouldn’t take long and we had a choice of what the dealership had or they could get other tires within 30 minutes. It was 30 minutes before anyone came to talk to him about what kind of tires he wanted. Husband declined the tires on site so the parts rep left and came back with a brochure of alternatives. It was over an hour from appointment time to getting the tires on premises. It would have been better if they had discuss the selection at the time the appointment was made. It just made the wait seem even longer.

transmission shift clunk

Your team did well. The problem with my truck is not fixed but it may not be the fault of your dealership. I have GM Engineering investigating. They are down here and I had one of their Engineers drive it and he felt and heard the issue and is checking with Detroit. We will see what they come up with. It is a torque converter coupled with u joint lash clunk.

Dawn Perkins was fantastic. She was patient and gave me plenty of time to look over the car I was interested in. When we did the test drive, she let me pick the route and didn't pressure me to make it short. She let me take as long as I needed. She got me a great price on my vehicle. I had an adjustment done on my 05' Suzuki, and because of the excellent customer service I received, came back to check out the trucks. I purchased a 14' GMC Sierra, named him Junior. Beautiful bronze color and have had 2 men complement my choice.
