I recently had a great experience at Medlin. I found an awesome vehicle at a great price at this dealership. I'm a little picky, but I found what I was looking for and I am very happy with it. I worked with Allen Manning and I thought he did a great job in selling me this truck. I felt like the staff members I dealt with that Saturday were nice, easy-going, helpful, and definitely not pushy. It was a great experience. Thanks to Allen and Medlin Chevrolet! I recommend this dealership for your truck needs!
"New for me" SUV

I cannot rave enough about the wonderful service we received at Medlin Chevrolet! All the staff/employees really went above and beyond to meet our needs and make the process of trading/buying cars easy and stress free! We drove a little over an hour to find our perfect used car at Medlin with a 9 month old. Robyn (sales) made the process of buying with an infant great! He entertained and carried around our little boy so we could sign paperwork. He also provided his office for me to use. Because of the long distance we are from the dealership, they gave us a loaner to drive while they prepared our new car (cleaning, servicing, etc). We also discovered the rear speakers were not working AFTER we signed the paper work! Normally a dealership would not be so helpful in fixing the problem since all paperwork and money was exchanged...not Medlin! They drove the hour trip to where we live, switched out cars and gave me another loaner, and took my vehicle back to the service department to fix the speakers and a few other things. WOW!! Customer service at best! The service department (Walter) and Robyn stayed in contact with us throughout the entire week it took! Then after the service was complete, they drove back to us to exchange the loaner for my SUV. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The excellent care you provided our family (especially meeting us in our town to switch vehicles) made our lives easier and the process of buying a car smooth sailing. We are fortunate to have discovered this dealership and will continue to do our future business with Medlin! I will recommend you guys to all of my friends and family! Thanks Robyn and Walter and the entire Medlin Team.

Alan Pittman is one of the most geniune people I know. I have had numerous new cars in my life. I have been hassled and swindled. Most of all I have been mislead. Alan was very transparent and upfront. I went in told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I will definitely refer friends and family. When I do get another new car, I will look him up for SURE!! I love my Chevrolet!! Thanks to Alan and the dealorship!
