Best genuine dealership I've ever dealt with

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new truck from Chris Ferguson and he was the most genuine car salesman I have ever dealt with. My husband reached out to him and we did everything via internet and over the phone and drove from Tennessee to purchase the truck this past Saturday. From dealing with Chris to working with Justin Causby in finance, you can't go wrong by going to this dealership. It's family owned and they honestly treat you like family opened for 100 years. They aren't pushy and there's a warm welcome feeling about their culture and it was honestly a very pleasant experience. After working with Chris over the phone, we were extremely looking forward to meeting him and it did not disappoint. I could go on and on about what a great experience this was for us, however go try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

One Problem Fixed, Two More Pop Up

I like Harry's On The Hill. The people are friendly and courteous. I bought my car there, so they service it. But on the last several occasions, I take my car there for some issue and two more show up next week...Last time it was a check engine light. That was fixed, but within days never before seen service warnings showed up. One was for traction control system, and the other was battery charging system. I had to have the car towed back to them. It's getting to where I'm afraid to have them look at issues because several more will suddenly show up within days of the first visit. It's very frustrating.

Im still waiting for a phone that was promised regarding my warranty. Its been a week and half now, so not too happy about that. My battery would not take a charge and I didn't have a car for two days. Had to pay for it myself and my car is only 15 months old.
