Our salesman Nathan was exceptional! While demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the car, he conveyed a warm, friendly demeanor-- never pressuring us to complete the deal. We also found Brent very cordial and helpful with the requisite transactional paperwork.

I came in to see a car that was posted online. The salesman quickly brought the car for a test drive. There was no pressure to try more vehicles as I was very impressed with the Escape hybrid. The entire sales process was also easy and the dealer did all the requested modifications. I am very happy with my car.

Good experience

Staff was friendly. Salesman was somewhat knowledgeable about services and vehicle. The lady who showed me more details about the vehicle after I bought it was very knowledgeable. I walked around the lot without any sales person approaching me. I had to come inside the building to ask for a sales person. That was fine but could be a deterrent for some.

Poor Sales Process

Our Lincoln was coming off lease and unlike other companies, Lincoln forces you to go to a dealer to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease. I made an appointment with Asheville Ford Lincoln. When I arrived, the person that I had the appointment with was in "Business Development" so I was turned over to a salesman. As soon as he realized that I wasn't buying something new and just wanted to buy the existing vehicle, he turned me over to another salesperson. She was nice but had never done a lease buyout so had to keep getting information from other people. None of the other people could be bothered to come over. Then, I had to deal with the Finance department. I faced the same thing as someone else with the "Customer Service Fee" of almost $600. The dealership never could explain it to my satisfaction. Lincoln also called them for me and they couldn't explain it to Lincoln either. I wound up paying it because they delayed so long that I almost lost the financing and had the lease end. This dealership lost any future business from us as well as selling us any extended service plans or anything else. Not to mention we don't use their service department anymore as it was terrible. They never fixed the problem, didn't provide the promised rental, charged to do a computer update and never called when the car was ready. I'm surprised Lincoln lets them continue to be a dealer.

Customer Service Charge

I purchased a 2018 Mustang GT that turned only to be a lemon. Ford acknowledged and provided a nw replacement. All was fine, Jason the salesman was professional through out. When I went to finance they charged me 598.50 for as a customer service saying they have to by law and they would be in trouble with Ford if they didn't. why was I paying a customer service fee a second time when it wasn't my fault. I researcher the NC General Statutes and there is no law saying the fee has to be charged. The Finance person told me an untruth. I wrote a letter requesting a refund of the customer service fee. I received a call from Jason on Saturday, September 9, 2018 about the letter. Jason said tte sales manager or general manager would call me on Monday. October 1, 2018 to sort out. It is now October 4, 2018 and no one has contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service and a poor reflection on Asheville Ford. I love the car though

Excellent Service at Asheville Lincoln

Asheville Ford

The experience I had with the salesperson was great, however, the finance part of the lease transaction could have been greatly improved if had been completed on the day I agreed to the lease rate. Apparently, any finance transaction has to go through another Ford office which resulted in the lease transaction including automatic debiting of one of my accounts took about 5 days. The previous lease transaction for another make vehicle was completed the same day I agreed to the lease rate!

Pleasant Experience!

Service Rep was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions completely. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the waiting area was comfortable and convenient, providing free wi-fi, as well as a large-screen TV.

Great Staff-Friendly and Fast

My experience was great-friendly, fast, etc. HOWEVER-y'all did something to my clock. It no longer keeps time and I cannot reset the time. It has gone from 4:11 - 5:29 in the many days since you serviced it. I have not had time to come by to get it fixed :(

An Altogether Pleasant Experience

My experience with Asheville Ford was altogether positive and quite pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the young gentleman who coordinated the financing for my new vehicle. I presented to him a difficult situation--some serious credit issues and a limited income. Still, he was able to construct a deal that put me in a new car at a payment that I could afford. All those with whom I came in contact were extremely professional and courteous, but this particular young gentleman worked especially hard to make things work for me, and he deserves to be commended.
