I needed to return my leased Toyota Tundra (after 36mos) and I contacted Hendrick via their website. After a brief helpful and informative chat with Samantha, I set up an appointment to manage the return process and look for a new vehicle or buy my leased truck. I received excellent no-pressure service from salesperson Ashley who answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information and options( lease vs buy etc) that I needed to make a decision. I looked at several vehicles and after a test drive, chose the Rav 4 Hybrid. It's an awesome, very fuel efficient crossover. I next met with super nice guy Caleb in finance and completed my purchase. It was a very easy and quick paperless, electronic signing experience. Once again, Caleb answered all of my questions and provided the various finance and extended serrvice options with no pressure. In summary Hendrick provides a very comfortable experience by employing honest, well-trained and very nice people. I'll have to say the same for the service department as well. Although I am very sad to part with my Tundra, I'm really enjoying the RAV4 Hybrid. Thank you Hendrick Toyota.

We were pleasantly greeted by Mr. Roderick Jones. He introduced himself & asked us what we were looking for and we told him we were browsing and what was the possibility of trade-in 2 of our automobiles. He stated that Hendrick's Toyota do that all the time, but first he asked us some questions about our preference and he gave us options. Mr. Jones was very knowledgeable, professional and yet very personable - we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We tested 2 automobiles, Wanted to test a 3rd but we fell in love with the 2022 Toyota Highlander Deluxe. Mr. Jones made everything seem so seamless and made everything possible behind the scene. Everyone that passed us greeted us and asked us if we were being helped. We couldn't be happier with the service and the professionalism. Thank you Mr. Jones & the gentleman in the business office. He told us his name but I can't remember.

First of all, I want to say I wasn't expecting to buy a car just get service done on the Camry that I had. The Toyota Venza caught my eye while waiting for the maintenance work to be completed. With one email and call, about a trade in-I drove off with the Venza. Great team of sales & service at Hendrick Automotive but a SPECIAL shout out to Brittany Shytles but made this transaction effortless and better than any car purchase I've EVER had.
