I appreciated the wonderful service I received at West Herr Toyota from Robin! She took her time to explain everything regarding my Toyota Care Warranty. The service department took care of my issues, washed my car and sent me on my way. I recommend using them. Even though I didn’t purchase my Toyota there ( with this vehicle) they gave me excellent care!

That the West Herr Collision shop did a nice job on repairing the damage on my car & they stand by their work. Everyone I talked to there from The Receptionist to Zach which is who was handling my claim was always very Pleasant and accommodating.

This was my second purchase from West Herr Toyota and Mike Uschold as my salesman. He is very knowledgable, polite and helpful with any and all questions. I hope he's still working at West Herr Toyota of Williamsville when I want to trade in my 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE, but I do plan to keep it for quite a while!

Repair work and paint look great. NO OVERSPRAY! We had a small miscommunication, but west herr recognized it and is ordering the part. I have been going there for all of my collision work for close to 20 years.

They are friendly, organized and very easy to work with. Adi Barak was wonderful. No hassles. He was very respectful, honest and personable. What he said the bottom line would be on a trade in was the same 2 months later when the vehicle came in. Today can be challenging because it can take 10 months for a vehicle to be manufactured and they have no control of it. While you wait he keeps you up to date on any information regarding your vehicle. When the vehicle came in finalizing the sale was easy and quick. Adi spent a lot of time with me showing me how everything worked and invited me back anytime to go over any details again. If I could give 10 stars to Adi and West Herr Williamsville I would.

Great collision department, the repair on my 2022 Hyundai Hybrid was perfect after a collision with a deer. Jeremy the shop manager is the best in the business and Zack Informed me what was going on with the repair weekly which I really appreciate. It took 8 weeks to get the repair done due to the availability of parts. Once I received the vehicle it looked like the day I took delivery. The craftsmanship of there team is amazing. I recommend this shop for any collision work.

I actually worked with Brittany in the West Herr Collision Center located right behind the Toyota Dealership. Brittany along with the rest of the staff were great. They helped me out with copies, rental and with a West Herr coupon during checkout. Overall a very pleasant experience. The only thing negative I can say is, I had to get a dent in my door and a chip in my windshield to meet them all. Which was certainly not fun. That being said, after that they worked their magic and helped me out. For that I am very pleased.
