Outstanding Customer Experience

onI recently met with Cameron when shopping for a luxury car. His knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail and great personality represented Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo it the finest way. Cameron helped me weigh out the options of what vehicle and what features best fit the needs of my busy lifestyle. I will definitely return to see Cameron when I am ready to update my luxury vehicle.

onJacob was everything I expected in buying a car from a MB Dealership. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. His follow-up and attention to detail was of the highest level. I'm hopeful that his manager realizes the potential of this young man (or he will be poached by one of his many customers to come work for them!!). Job well done Jacob - I'll be back for sure!

onI would steer clear of this dealership. I made a deal on a vehicle, took a picture of the signed contract with VIN number and received a different vehicle upon delivery. After realizing that it was a different vehicle (a little more mileage than what I remembered and also looked like someone ate fast food and left some stuff behind) I called the dealership only to be told this was indeed the car I purchased. I then told them it was not as it's a different vin number and I had taken a pic of the vin and contract. They agreed to give me the car I made the deal on and asked that I keep it quiet as they could not sell a vehicle as new once it had been registered. They had the registration removed and registered the car I initially purchased (the correct one). I told them I wouldn't say anything but that changed now when I can't get any service response and my original sales rep could not put together a new deal for me as my lease is up next month. I have not been contacted about how to return my lease and my voicemail has not been returned. I was under the impression that Mercedes Benz was a luxury car Company, however, I feel that Mercedes Benz of Buffalo is not able to relay that with the service they provide.
