Great experience buying a Honda HRV

My wife and I bought an HRV and had Noah Sanderson (Transit Rd, Lia Honda) as our sales representative. He did an outstanding job and spent extra time discussing all options we had with dealership as far as cars and service options. He even stayed later after the dealership had closed to help us finish our transaction. He was very genuine and honest and gave us realistic / practical options for the cars available in our price range. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none of the sales representatives I have dealt with in past with other dealerships. Lia Honda gave us a great deal for our trade in and explained everything to us thoroughly as far as process of the sale. He made it very simple and painless for completing the sale in a timely manner. I would definitely by another car with him and the Lia dealership.

Found out that I slow leaks with my winter tires and rims. My service writer, Laurie Bruner. took great care of me as she always does. Determined that the valve stems were leaking (tires were mounted about 5 years ago). they replaced the valve stems and I was good to go. Very satisfied.

Lourie Bruner did a great job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. Lia Honda has a clean and comfortable waiting area. I would recommend them to anyone needing to have their vehicle serviced.

Paige Buczynski was my service advisor on my most recent visit. This visit was for a NY State Inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Paige is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Sometimes folks have their favorite person they want to see when they patronize a business. I must say all of the personnel at Lia Honda of Williamsville are good people. I stopped going to quick oil changes at independent shops. Lia has always treated me well and they beat on price the quick oil change places.

Mike Witmer went to extraordinary lengths to insure that I received service. When a supplier brought defective tires, Mike put me in a loaner as compensation for the extra time the service took. I am deeply grateful.

Bad 1st Impression

Lia Honda helped fix my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. The reason for the average rating was due to the non-response of 3 consecutive service call messages that went unreturned over a two week period. After I was unsuccessful in reaching a service rep a 4th time, I talked to a manager at Lia. He was unsuccessful at getting a service person to answer also, so he booked my appointment himself. This is unacceptable. I am also unsure if I should have paid for a new battery 3 months after purchase with a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty. They said that if I wanted the manufacturers warranty on the battery, that I would have to pay for it. I did not reflect this disappointment in my review rating because I don't know if this was legitimate, but I intend on calling Honda to find out.

My Green Machine

I was so pleased with this dealership. From the first time I walked through the door up to the evening I picked up my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport, I was quite impressed. My sales person, Jacqueline Andrusz, made it a wonderful experience for me. I had been in a collision on a local highway and was looking for a new vehicle. Well, from the moment we met, I felt like I was definitely in the right place. She was so polite and focused on helping me figure out what I wanted. And she was right! I knew I was in good hands. I was somewhat undecided about the color I wanted. She went to so much trouble to show me the Forest pearl green in pictures showing me the shade in different lighting,etc. I absolutely love it!!! Thank you Lia Honda!

Went in for an oil change and inspection, also had a tire pressure issue and a loose heat shield. The service writer, Micheal Witmer took care of me, kept me informed and let me know that I was due for some additional periodic maintenance items. Work was done quickly, determined that the tire pressure issue was a bad valve and that the tire needed to be re-seated, took care of the loose heat shield and the maintenance. Very happy with the results.

No gimmicks

If there are gimmicks or extras, they point them out to you and keep everything pretty transparent. Negotiating was pretty straightforward. I will say they are pretty tough negotiators but they will budge just a bit to make you feel better about the deal. All around exceptional customer service. They definitely made me feel as if I was important and attentive to my needs and asks. I didn’t feel like I spent a ton of time there either which was also important to me.

I would recommend Lia Honda to anyone that wants a great car at a great price. Specifically ask for Andrew Woiccak, he really knows his stuff and will make sure to guide you through the process while looking out for you and getting you a great car, a great deal, and some great service!!!!
