This is my second Mercedes with this dealership. Bobby Ayo Salesperson is great. Walks you through the process and features of the vehicle. Marcel Finance Manager makes the financing process a breeze. This is a solid Dealeeship. They got rid of the dead wood of years ago. Whole new dealership of Professionals. If this was a stock it would be a solid BUY!

Christina Alonge was the 'face' of the MB of WP dealership where we recently purchased a CPO 2014 C300. She listened to our requirements and had a car that met them waiting for me. I also visited two other MB dealerships between our home and White Plains but what brought us back was the professionalism displayed by everyone we encountered, the fact that they listened to our needs and they worked hard for our business. My wife subsequently visited the dealership for a Service issue and received the same, excellent customer service.

Sales People Like Kyle Lowe keep Me Coming Back

I recently purchased my second Mercedes. Kyle Lowe was very helpful. I felt like she was working with me as opposed to just selling a vehicle. She always returned my calls and answered all my questions even after I bought the car. About a week after I bought the new car, I realized I had left my prescription glasses in my old car . Kyle went out of her way to make sure I got them back. I still feel I can call her with questions or concerns. It was a pleasure working with her.

Purchase of new 2015 S550 4Matic

I wanted to share my most recent purchase of 2015 S550 4Matic from Mercedes Benz of White Plains. Incidentally this the third S550 I have bought from them. The reason I keep coming back here is because the service and customer service of this place is amazing. Mr. Youssef Makkaoui was the sales person I met and he was very helpful in helping me select the right vehicle after showing me the cars on the floor which I did not find any of my choice he then took me to where some more cars were parked in the building. After looking at number of vehicles here I found the car I liked which had all the features including the color. He was very patient in showing me around and finally we struck a deal. I am very happy with the new car and would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new car or service. I can tell you of my experience since coming here for more than 13 years that I am very pleased and satisfied for all they have done for me.

Great dealership

If was my first experience at a Mercedes-Benz dealership and I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. David Plumaj helped me throughout every step and I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he was with the vehicles he showed me. Friendly environment. They want to make sure you walk out of this dealership with the best deal and completely sastified which is how I left with my new vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to purchase their first Benz vehicle.

Great CPO

I purchased a 2011 cpo e350 convertible and got a great deal. They provided me with financing and the car looks brand new. The only flaw is that I had to go to another dealership to get a better price on the additional 2yrs to CPO the vehicle. Aside from that, everything was great and I will be back for another convertible in 3 years.

Even though I have a MB dealership ten minutes down the road, I knew traveling the hour and fifteen minutes to White Plains was the right choice as soon as I spoke with Youssef.
