Compared to every other car I've leased, GMC provides the worst service I've ever had. You have to park your own car, anytime I bring it in they don't vacuum it, or wash it, after service you have to find your own car in the lot. I have 3 leases currently, and Ford and Chevy provide great service. Same when I had my Mercedes and Toyota. So sub par for the best. Very dissapointing, I will not be releasing with GMC. Especially at almost $500 a month for my Denali. Definitely not acceptable. Anyone who gave it 5 stars, I'm willing to bet always owned a GMC.

Hello Ms. Siegel. As you can tell from the hundreds of various online reviews, the great majority of our clientele really appreciate the job we've been doing. We know we can't satisfy everyone but often it's a matter of setting expectations. So, to be clear, we run a service and repair facility here. We are not here to wash cars nor do we wish to handle other people's trash. Rarely do our customers request or expect this. Nor do they expect a valet service to park their car and retrieve it too.(Pass the Grey Poupon please!) Our modest sized parking area is quite easily navigated by foot.(We do assist the elderly and handicapped) I have spoken to other local new car dealers and such services are simply not the norm, especially in Nassau where space is tight. There's also the cost factor. It's pretty tough to add wash and valet services when we're performing oil changes and/or other services for free (as we did on your car last weekend) As for you statement "Anyone who gave it 5 stars, I'm willing to bet always owned a GMC"; it's a bet you would lose. About half our customers are repeats, the others are new to our brands and obviously happy with our company. In fact,GMC sales have grown tremendously nationwide. Our focus here is on value, quality and efficiency. We provide a very clean, comfortable place to visit with coffee, cookies, WiFi, etc while services are performed. In the end, we're strive to be a Marriot, not a Ritz Carlton or Nordstrom. We're sorry to lose you as a client but do thank you for the input. Patrick R Cassino, Owner / President
