It was excellent service by far buying a vehicle from a dealership. The customer service was excellent over the phone and even better in person. Mohamed Maghraoui was great to work with. No tricks are surprises. Everything was explained in detail with the paperwork. Also explained how everything worked in the car in the test drive. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership instead of buying from a dealership that was thirty minutes away because of the service and the willingness to work with the military. It was a better experience at Ramona Mazda than the dealerships in Water town New York.
