Not what I expected

I originally drove an hour and a half to pick up a new Nissan Versa, but the car literally got sold as I was pulling into the lot. If I hadn't played phone tag with Jeff Bates for two weeks I would have been upset about driving an hour to have the car I was going to pick up sold in front of me. Jeff was more than helpful and guided me to a Sentra that turned out to be a better fit for me. I am used to going into car dealerships and being swarmed by several salesman who irritated me with their fake personas. Jeff was straight forward with me from the second I arrived. He helped me through the process of buying a new car and introduced me to the features of the car to the point where I had to promise him I would read the manuals later in order to make it home at a reasonable hour. I give this dealership a 4 instead of 5 because I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get the car detailed when I watched it sit for 3 hours while I was filing out paperwork.

Mackenzie Sherlock was such a great help purchasing the Chrysler 200 and she really can help and listen to what you really would prefer to have in a vehicle and what kind of vehicle it is that your looking for.

I'm not a car salesman's ideal customer as my credit isn't that great. Have been trying to trade in my 2006 equinox which I was majorly upside down in for something a little nicer and more reliable. Tried a couple other dealers in the area and wasted my time getting the run around and then being told I would need at least a $3000 down payment for a USED car! I decided wth I can try McGuire Nissan, worst they could tell me is the same thing everyone else did. Emailed back and forth with Andy for a couple days explaining the situation and right from the beginning he was 100% honest and upfront with me. I didn't get my hopes up because he did tell me it might be difficult to work with us because of my credit, being so upside with my other car and couldn't afford a large down payment. However, Andy was able to make a miracle happen and work out an awesome deal for us on a 2015 Altima and take mine as a trade with only $500 down! Went down, picked out the one we wanted, health with Zach for the majority of everything at the dealer and was truly impressed from the beginning. They weren't pushy like everyone else, they didn't wanna sell us something we couldn't afford and would lose in a couple months. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on what we bought. Best car buying experience I've had! They definitely got a repeat customer!!

I recently purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox from Maguire of Syracuse. Mackenzie Sherlock was amazing, she didn't pressure me into buying anything she was very helpful. Anyone looking to buy a car at a very reasonable price, and who doesn't want to be pressured into anything Maguire Nissan of Syracuse is the place!

nice people but didn't like the way they hide some important things like interest rate extra warranty deductible i was asking about the interest rate for a week all i was getting of of them was it's low rate till i said no deal then i get the exact numbers

This was the best experience we have ever had. Leased a 2016 Rogue. Great vibe in showroom. Non commission salespeople are SO much better to work with. Quick and easy transaction with 0 pressure or games. Would highly recommend.
