Price was as advertised on there website.

by Russell_S on 01/23/2020

Found a ad on Nissan 112 website listing 2018 Rogue. Retail price listed was honored when i arrived at the dealership whether or not I financed (as stated on there site) OR did payment in full (cash) with the total price being the retail plus the $1,995 down payment (was spelled out on website). Car was certified. The car had a noticeable scratch on the right rear quarter panel. The dealership repaired the scratch free of charge to complete the deal. I opted for the dealer factory extended warranty so the car would be covered bumper to bumper (wrapped) for six more years and another seventy thousand miles. This was a complete no hassle no pressure sale. I walked away feeling like i got a good deal on the car and have peace of mind with the warranty. Mr Campbell even picked me up at my house so i could pick up the car. Thanks to all the Nissan 112 staff.

Outstanding experience

by Cynthia on 05/22/2019

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeting with enthusiasm and big smiles. We purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue. From the paperwork to the financing - everything went quick and smooth. I have never experienced such great service. We will be back when we are ready to buy again.

Never Experienced anything like this!

by SUSAN on 03/23/2019

Nissan 112 is definitely the way to purchase a car. Jo James was outstanding! Honest, straightforward and extremely helpful. And his secretary, friendly and on point. She provided all documents worked in sync with Jo James. Jo James provided all the info handle all the paperwork. It literally felt like i walked in the office, signed and left with my car! And that's exactly what i did. Seamless, no dealership non sense. I'm so satisfied. I'm so happy the entire experience was amazing. I will recommend Nissan 112 specifically Jo James to my friends and family.

Great buying experience

by DeniseS on 01/11/2019

I have been leasing from Nissan 112 for years. I just leased a Rogue in November 2018, my salesman, Giancarlo Capiello, was wonderful. He could not do enough to help me. Gave me fair price that made me happy. My husband and I leased a pathfinder yesterday with Giancarlo and again he was great. He even made an appointment with us on his off hours to accommodate us. I highly recommend Nissan 112 and ask for Giancarlo! Keep up the good work.

Sales Reviw

by ArchieC on 11/21/2018

We recently purchased a Murano from Nissan 112. This is the second time we've purchased a vehicle from them. John quickly sat us down to meet with Robert Campbell. He could not have been more professional or knowledgeable. On top of that, he made the process of buying a car so easy - and we felt very comfortable with him. We truly believe he is highly trustworthy so we immediately stopped searching for other vehicles at other dealerships. With us, it's all about trust, and Robert fits the bill 100%. Thank you Robert and Nissan 112!

Purchased a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Sentra SL

by DoloresBera on 06/14/2018

I own a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder purchased from Nissan 112 and have driven it for 18 years. The car is still in excellent condition but I decided it was time for another. My daughter introduced me to Jason Behlen, a salesman at Nissan 112 who recently sold her a Pathfinder, she chose Nissan because of the durability and performance of my 2000 Pathfinder. Jason listened to my situation and was very helpful in providing me with exactly what I want at a price I could afford. He answered all my questions and even called me back at my home when ever I called him with more questions after I purchased the car unlike other salesman that move on. I am very impressed with Jason and would recommend him and Nissan 112 to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned car. Thank you Jason for making my purchase a pleasant experience. Dolores Bera

Not worth the trip

by Bill on 05/02/2018

The dealership is an hour and thirty minute drive so I wanted to verify the price and availability of a 2017 nissan Armada that was advertised on line as certified with a sale price of $43,500. When I arrived for my appointment I notified a salesman that I'd made an appointment . When he showed me the car he said here it is . The outside was dirty with scuffs and scratches and the passenger seat was stained . The car was filled with personal belongings (baby seats and clothing). I had to ask if the car was actually for sale and if the salesman was actually a salesman . I asked if we were going to take the car for a ride and he handed me the key. I drove about a block and turned back, as the gas guage kept ringing. When I got back I asked to see the certification checklist and was told that that isn't done until the vehicle is ready for delivery, which led me to ask whether it is certified or not . Finally, I was shown the price, which included an additional $1995 that isn't included in the sales price but is in the fine print on the website. I was relieved to walk out with no pressure to buy this car or any other from this dealership .

Unfortunate But True

by kemma1 on 04/26/2018

So I bought, not one, not two but three cars from Nissan 112 in the last 5-6 years. Two of the three were involved in accidents and I was never told about them before signing my contact, swapping insurance and what have you. As a matter of fact I only learned about the Nissan Altima when I went to a different dealer to trade-in. So I returned to Nissan 112 to trade it in and they gave me the full value for the trade in and never divulged the accident. Fast forward to November 2016 and past my Nissan Rogue (which I loved - the only reason I am giving 2 stars). However, I saw an awesome Jeep Grand Cherokee they had that I really wanted so I traded-in the Rogue. With the excitement of getting into this new JGC - I failed to notice a crack in the windshield (shame on me) until I got home and parked in my driveway. Only then did I notice the dents and damage to the passenger side front panel. I immediately went back to the dealership and asked my sales rep Robert Campbell for the CarFax, I had asked for initially. He brought it out and sure enough the accident was listed. I was assured that it was just cosmetic (therefore it wasn't a deal breaker for me). Last month, I start smelling antifreeze after long drives. So I go to a Jeep Dealer to have it diagnosed. I was told that the radiator is bowed and the condenser is damaged. The service man at Jeep told me to take it back to Nissan 112 as it is very likely that this happened due to an accident. My clean driving record reflects there has been no accident since I purchased the car. This past Monday 4/23/18, I dropped my car off at 7:45am to have it looked at per my conversation with the Customer Service lady on Friday, 4/20/18. I show the service technician the diagnostic report from Jeep (done 4 days prior) and he tells me they will look at the problem. The whole day came and went and I was never called. When I got there at 5:30pm, I asked why no call, the service guy tells me he tried to call me all day. He didn't call me once. He tells me they want to do a diagnostic that I will have to pay for. I pointed out that I just had one done, he read it and it clearly states the problem. Looking at the paperwork on his desk for my car, I see written in the corner of it, 'Wait, See Me On This'. I was then told by the service technician that if this was a problem caused by "the accident" it would have leaked a long time ago. Um, didn't Nissan 112 repair the used car to make sure that you could sell it, I asked. I am not a mechanic, I don't know how long a repair is supposed to last, but its obviously a problem now. I asked what could cause a radiator to bow and he says, "maybe you hit a rock." I was done with him and asked to speak with the Used Car Manager. In comes John Corpac, guns blazing ready to shut me down and the first thing he says is, how its not their fault and they can't be responsible for a car sold over a year ago. I said hey, you guys sold me this car, you knew it was in an accident, you repaired it to sell it and the repair only lasted so long. He tells me, "I had nothing to do with this sale, so don't say 'you guys.' I advised him that as he was standing in front of me as the "Used Car Sales Manager" and was representing Nissan 112 at that moment, he needs to take responsibility. "There is nothing I can do," he says to close the conversation. I advised that if that is his final decision I will move ahead and do what I have to do. He then says, "Well, I want to help you out. Send me a copy of the diagnostic report from Jeep and I will call the service guy." He gives me his card and sends me on my way. On Tuesday, I send fax him the diagnostic report from Jeep and called three times to advised I had sent, to please call me. On Wednesday, I resend the fax, call and leave two messages to please call me. Thursday, I resend the fax and call to speak to John again, got the voicemail again. I asked to please call me whether the news was good or bad. The fact is that I have to get this radiator and condenser fixed. So if I have to pay for the repair I will, its not the end of my world. However, Nissan 112 needs to be more honest with their customers and have a sense of pride and dignity when they are selling their cars, new or used. As a salesman that sells in Mexico, Central & South America, Korea & Europe, I could not fathom treating my customers/clients with such inadequate service. Anything for the sale? I think not! John Corpac needs to learn how to be a manager, and a leader. By ignoring telephone calls and faxes, he is clearly stating that he could not be bothered. As the latest Used Car Sales Manager at Nissan 112 John Corpac is setting a terrible example to his associates. He is teaching them that not following up with a problem or with your word is acceptable. I will not be returning to Nissan 112 anytime soon but thank you for the lessons. Today I finally heard back from John Corpac after submitting a copy of this letter to Nissan 112 website, he says they can not do anything to help me, I expected as much.

Ruined experience

by MichaelMott on 11/24/2017

Purchase certified pre owned 2016 Nissan Altima. Was very happy with the purchase until I discovered vehicle was involved in front end collision s after purchase. Although I inquired about vehicle history this was not disclosed to me. In fact I was told vehicle originated at the 112 dealership which is just an outright lie. The vehicle was not a lease return as I requested but actually began its life as a rental in CT. Instead of being second owner I am third owner. I would have asked to see another vehicle had this information been disclosed to me. Now instead of enjoying the car I feel that I have been had. I certainly will let anyone who asks about my experience at Nissan 112 that the sales people there are not to be trusted. Michael Mott-Nov 2017

Proud New Owners of a 2017 Nissan Altima

by RoseAnthBlanco on 09/23/2017

My husband and I recently made our first new car purchase at Nissan 112...this was our first ever buying experience, and we were admittedly nervous. Our sales woman Gwen however took over making our experience so calm, reassuring us that we indeed were making the rite decision I just want to thank her and her team for getting us into our new car at the best deal that I have yet to see. I have continued to shop around and compare just to make sure we just got the best deal and we did. They were amazing if you are looking for hands down the best deal and easiest car buying experience see Gwen at Nissan Route 112... Anthony and Rose Blanco

Bait N Switch!

Run Away from [non-permissible content removed] in the Finance Department! When you get a price from a salesman, get it in writing! They insist on add-ons! Like Dealer prep fees! and Nothing was done! a Oxygen Sensor Code was on and they Only Cleared the light! How Did it Pass The NYS Inspection: Because Not enough of the Drive Monitors were Online! I was treated like English is my second Language! Avoid Autoland.net! They are a used car lot that uses 112 Nissan! They are [non-permissible content removed] that sell, garbage and then blame the consumer for having problems!

my Altima

by Hanna17 on 10/10/2016

My salesman Chris Kunzler was both patient and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect car for me with everything I wanted at a fair price. He then explained all the new technology and assisted me in setting it up. He worked with my schedule and was a pleasure to do business with. I will come looking for Chris when it's time to get a new car.

New Car Lease

by Linda0518 on 09/14/2016

Just leased a car from Nissan 112. The salesman, John Calvelli, who handled our transaction was well informed of his products, courteous and professional. He explained to us for a few dollars more we could purchase the next model up which included the blind side alert feature. My husband was happy because this was a feature he wanted to be included in our next car. Would definitely lease/purchase our next car from them. We were very pleased with overall process for this lease.

Knowledgable Salesperson

by IveyCort on 09/07/2016

I went into your facility recently and was genuinely greeted when entering by a Salesperson Shamika Luciano. After explaining what I was possibly interested in, she provided me with various options to review. Very knowledgable about the features and details. I was comfortable asking questions and received an honest answer regarding what was suitable for my current situation. I aplaud your facility for its employee training.

I was harassed, denied refund, had to call Police!

by nogo2_nis112 on 12/30/2015

I put a $100 deposit on a Nissan Sentra and they wrote "Refundable" on the contract and indicated it verbally! Mike Spreiling told me to come back 2 times to get my refund! I came back and he refused me the refund and when I said I would complain if he didn't give it to me as he promised both times he threatened he would never give it back if I complained which was like blackmail, harassment, and unprofessional! They took my document/contract copy from me and refused to give it back! This is my proof of deposit vehicle details etc. Horrible experience! The worst car dealer I had ever seen in about 70 years on earth! Mike Spreiling the manager and 3 other employees were very unprofessional, unhelpful, rude etc., harassing a senior citizen veteran refusing to give a refund back 2 days after they promised they would! The reason being, another Nissan dealership who was very professional and beat their price! They had me come back there 2 times and still refused the refund causing the Police to be called! I heard of similar complaints about Nissan 112 in Patchogue but figured I would give them a chance! If they treated me like this I could imagine what they would do to other people! I will never ever go their again! I was forced to call the Police because Spreiling and a about 3 other employees were verbally abusing, threatening, and harassing me! The Police arrived and they finally gave me the refund! I am requesting you look into these business practices they wrongfully directed at me and take all appropriate action against each individual and this terrible dealership! I will gladly testify if you need me to in an proceeding to explain this most horrible and worst experience I was forced to endure by each of them!!!

We have been working with Chris for years. My family has been working with him, then me, and now with this most recent transaction, my husband. Chris is excellent. He has helped us out of some tough situations and has always delivered quickly, and always gotten us exaclty the vehicle we want at a fair price. We will keep working with Chris for many years to come.

Great Salesperson!!!

by Meguerriero on 09/16/2015

I have leased just about 6 Nissan cars throughout the years and have dealt with Christopher Kunzler. Chris is always there for me -- he has spent time going over any questions I have regarding the car I want to lease -- which is usually the Nissan Altima. I recently leased a Nissan Rogue for my son -- he's had one previously and had no complaints whatsoever. If I ever have any questions during the course of the lease I will call Chris and he will always find a way to get back to me and help with whatever comes up. If Chris ever left that dealership I honestly don't know who I would go to or be able to trust the way I trust him.
