Surprised

I have to say I was somewhat taken aback that with the number of 2014 Rav4s left in stock, the salesperson basically told us there was no chance of getting the price down $3000. He actually made it sound like there wouldn't be much room to negotiate at all. This was after receiving an offer in the mail promising a great trade deal & an Extra $1000 off.

Best New Car Buying Experience in Many years

This dealer, and salesperson Maureen H., delivered the best buying experience I've had after purchasing anywhere between 15-20 cars over the years. They wanted my business, and beat my best offer price from another dealer for Camry Hybrid XLE by more than $500, and beat the best price offered for my trade-in by $100 over the best price. Maureen wasn't pushy, moved me quick through the process when I told her I didn't have much time to spend there, and the dealer didn't try to hard-sell any add-ons like extended warranties when I told them I've never bought one in 20+ years of new car buying. Very easy and enjoyable to deal with, and Maureen took plenty of time to educate us on the car and set up our bluetooth connections/and online services. She also called to follow up on the sale and see how the new car was treating us.

Terrible

First of all the sales person ED was an [violative content deleted]. All he could do is talk about his wife and how she is a %$## an tell me about his personal problems. Second of all, he was inatentive and seemed to be completely distracted. Did not even ask me what color vehicle I wanted. They sold me a car that they did not have and could not get for 3 weeks then told me about it 3 days after I put down my deposit. I call him 2 weeks later and he tells me the car is not in yet but does not even bother to offer to check that it arrived at the dock and if there might be any delays. I was looking to buy two vehicles a Toyota Yaris as a comutter car and a Toyota Highlander hybrid. These folks could not care less. I will take delivery of the Yaris but they will not get my sale for the Highlander and will tell everyone I know how bad of an experience it's been and I have not even received the vehicle yet. Let's see what happens next.

No Stess Internet Sale

Received a quote from Internet Sales person , Marc, for a 2008 Rav 4 WD, for $22200. When I called I was offered an additional $500 off or a remote vehicle starter if I could take delivery within 2 days. After getting several other quotes from other local dealers I couldn't pass this up. I went down to the dealer inspected the vehicle, which was Silver, included the roof rack, tonneau cover, mats, running lights, special wheels and cargo nets. I left a depost and the next day took delivery. This was by far the easiest, no stress car deal I have every been involved in.
