Dealer disloyal to a loyal customer [violative content deleted]

We have been a Premium Nissan service customer since 1997, and a sales/lease customer since 2007. When we turned in our leased vehicle I asked for the same associate whith whom we dealt in the beginning. He assured us that the vehicle we returned was in fine shape, was well under mileage, and he accepted the return, and sold us a care for cash. I have been getting dunned for a damage claim on the returned vehicle since May of 2009. The sales associate repeatedly told me he would take care of the issue, and asked me to forward the dunning letters to him. He told me that he and his supervisor were going to get the pictures of the alleged damage to dispute the claim. I call him each time I got another letter of call, and he told me the his finance manager was working on it. He later said the the office manager was handling it, and late again told me that the "Owner" of the franchise was working on it. Today, after another dunning phone call, the Office manager and the "owner" told me they had no knowledge of the issue. Now my credit is being attacked and this dealer is pointing fingers rather than attempting to resolve the problem. At this point, I would rather get killed in a Toyota than buy another Nissan
