I'm a third time Toyota owner, running almost 2 decades long. While all my experiences have been good, this was THE most seamless experience I have had. The main factor in this positive experience was my salesman Ralston. He is hands down the most honest, transparent empathetic person I have dealt with in any sales capacity. I purchased a car from Ralston about 14 years ago and when it was time for a replacement, he's the first and only person I considered going to. Even though there are dozens of dealerships within 5 miles of where I live, specifically a Toyota dealership less than a mile away, I opted to travel to Sunrise Toyota because of the trust I have in Ralston. He'll provide you all the information you need and allow you to make a decision that is right for you--your budget, your needs and your comfort level come first. Beyond the sales experience, the gentleman handling the finance end was also straightforward and expedited the process as much as possible. There was no going "back and forth" dealing with numbers -- just a streamlined process all together. Subsequent to a large purchase we often have a feeling of buyers remorse, but I can wholeheartedly say there were no feelings of ambivalence/regret on my end. That's exactly how a buyer should feel when they've purchased a car, but that can only occur when the purchase IS the right purchase. If you'd like to deal with a salesperson who deals with you the same way they'd expect someone to deal with them go to Ralston D. He will definitely change that negative stereotype sales people are often labeled with. Overall--an excellent experience!

We were in the market for a certified pre-owned vehicle for our son. Ashley Adams was our salesperson. She was gracious, professional and well spoken. She showed us the cars that were available in our price range and spent time to go over all our questions. We negotiated a fair price and bought the car. Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with...no pressure, listened to our needs and made sure that we were happy! I would recommend her and the dealership without hesitation.

I met Greg when we arrived at Toyota in Middle Island. We have been shopping for a new highlander for 3 weeks. Finally got the best deal from Greg. Not only was the deal great but how he treated us. Everybody should go to Sunrise Toyota North

My father and i purchased 2 cars last month. As many people would agree shopping for a new car is a exciting time..Some look at it as a fresh start and others something to feel good about. However the one part that gets stressful for myself is when it comes down to the numbers and the negotiations of getting where you need to be with payment, details, wants and needs.. From the moment we walked into Toyota North .. Greg and Angel were amazing .. Making My father and I felt completely comfortable with our decisions. From the details of our lease to when we drove our 2 new cars off the lot it was a wonderful professional experience! This is bar far was my best car shopping experience and i look froward to dealing with them in the future! highly recommended

I must say how great it has been to deal with Sunrise Toyota North. Our sales person, Greg Nielsen, was extremely helpful................answered all of our questions and made us realize how fortunate we were to find the vehicle that best suited us! We just drove out of the dealership with a 2018 RAV4 and absolutely love the way it handles and what a smooth ride it provides. The dealership helped to make sure that our monthly payments worked well with our budget, too!! The F&I person, Cliff, was very easy to deal with, as well! He made sure that all the paperwork was handled correctly and the financing went smoothly. This dealership and their staff are worth more than a 5-Star rating...............Thank you so much!!!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I came here hesitantly after a bad day at Riverhead Toyota. I wasn't expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised! Greg Nielsen was my salesman, I was put together with him by Melissa Ruffino. Prescott gave me a great price on my trade-in, and Bruce the manager sweetened the deal as I suffered from hesitation, and buyers guilt. I left there after 2 hours of perusing the inventory with a gorgeous 2018 4Runner Limited. I have no regrets, and have been back twice this week to look around and let them know how happy I am. Kudos to all the folks mentioned above, they are all symbols of excellence!

I wanna give this dealer a 5-star review. Not only were they professional, they were respectful of our time. The process was expeditious in buying the 2018 RAV 4. Kudos to Jason (from the finance department/"I think") and James from sales. For the leadership team, please continue to mold your team member with 100% customer satisfaction. With that said, no customer service recovery will be needed. Regards to all.

Qing Hua the salesman was very knowledgeable and the entire group made suggestions yet I was able to make my own decisions without any pressure. Purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Camry. The car came with a remote starter from the previous owner which was nice but after I got home, the car would stall right after a key start and then would immediately start again by itself. In two days, went back to their service center and they removed the unit from the car quickly and of course at no cost and the problem was solved. I really was interested in two other cars which the woman two days earlier said were available. When I arrived, they couldn't find one car and then said it was sold and the other was at their sister location in Oakdale so we drove with the salesman to Oakdale and after more searching they said that one was sold also. I would suggest that once they click the sold button on their computers, that their inventories would immediately remove those cars from stock to avoid many inconveniences for the salesman and customer. The group did reduce the overall price of my car for my inconvenience so that was nice of them. I've been to other Toyota dealerships in the area and this was the best by far.

I just purchased a Pre-Owned Highlander from a wonderful sales person Ashley Adams. She made sure all my questions were answered and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the service she gave me. She even went to Oakdale to bring the car I was interested in to the Middle Island dealership for my convenience! This is after a few bad experiences at other dealerships. Be sure to ask for Ashley if your looking to buy a Toyota! Would highly recommend her to friends and family!

Got a great deal from Mark Jama - helped me narrow down my search to find the car that would suit my needs and not digging for pennies for. We test drove 4 different cars - new and used and ran payment options for all of them. The managers were great, the old guy Tom was the friendliest I've come across. Mart the business manager took the time to explain all y questions about the final paper work. Love my new Corolla!

Sunrise Toyota North is the best dealer I have ever had. It's sales and service teams were phenomenal. People here were very friendly and willing to help. My salesperson Qing was doing all he could to make me feel easy and offered me all options trying to help me make a sound decision. I love my Rav4 and will tell my friends to buy cars from Qing and Sunrise Toyota North.

I have been a customer at this dealership for just over 20 years. I met Joe Riccio when I was 18 years of age and purchased numerous cars throughout the last 20+ years with him. Not only myself, but other family and friends also had phenomenal experiences with Joe. I can truly say when I go into the dealership I feel like family and Joe will always be a part of ours. Recently I got my itch to switch into a newer vehicle. This time, I met with John Bertucci and I'm happy to report that I had a similar experience with John. I felt comfortable and thoroughly informed during our conversation. He continues to answer any additional questions that I may have. He is helpful, kind and I appreciated all of his knowledge and assistance. If I can quickly say during these many years, I have also been bringing my car in for service and although there a numerous new faces in this department as well, I am glad to continually see John Espositio when I arrive.
