I had the misfortune of being hit by a dump truck at an intersection. I had the "victim" repaired at Ellis Collision Center. The work was well and quickly done. There were no issues.

Excellent sales staff found a deal for me to trade up a 2013 with 70k miles on it to a more luxurious 2016 brand new with only an increase of $40 in my monthly payment.

only one word can describe them.... AMAZING! I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. The car is great, the service is stupendous!!! They go way above and beyond any other dealer that I know of in existance. Thank you for taking care of me and my car. From the first day I walked into Ellis' I was sold, then when my car needed service they were just as remarkable. There is NO other car dealers that can even remotely compare.

service, tire rotation

I went to Ellis Chevrolet for service of out Traverse, when I made the apt I got 2 more phone calls and when finished marked the wrong day on the calendar. When I got there they said they could get me in as I live 1 hr away but be a little longer. They did get my Traverse in and was out in timely manner and we did have lunch with Friends in Malone NY. I do trust Ellis 100% with our vehicles for they are conscientious, courteous and very accommodating. I do understand that all things don't work as planned like a Dr Office can have delays and even with my vehicle they may take a little longer making a thorough service.

These people are the best!!! We lost a tire on our 2011 GMC Acadia (The 19 inch hard to find ones) on a Saturday afternoon when all the tire places that might have had one were all closed. Just when it seemed that we would not be able to get a tire until Monday, the helpful owner found a tire that had been special ordered. He was willing to sell us this tire so that we would be able to get home to our family. THESE ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE WHO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
